Great place, good food and the service was very good. This little gem of a Cafe is proof recovery after the pandemic happens with reasonable pricing and great quality.
I've been going here off and on for years and never complained once today 2-21-24 I decided to go my usual witch was the large menudo and decided to get a plate as well finally after winding down from work I started eating my menudo to my surprise there was hair in it being tired after working I didn't call to report it or show proof not to mention the gas so I just threw it away. I was very disappointed ?I don't know what happened but I'm not going back

Small gem in town wonderful food. It might took them 1 hour to 1:30 to serve your food but is worth it. Gorditas, chimichanga , ground beef, caldo de res, green chili, chilaquiles, green queso,and are most the things that I have taste are delicious. I put five stars to service only because I think the staff is really kind it just matter that they making the food at order and takes them some time to prep.

Ordered huevos rancheros with no meat. Plate arrive With meat. Called waitress over and reminded her I asked for No meat. She says "Oh, you meant No meat". Everything there had meat whether you want it or not.

Love this mom and pop Mexican restaurant! Such a gem . They serve really good dishes. They have caldo de res soup and menudo, which are big bonuses for me ! Their burritos, combo plates are super yummy. They have vegetarian options !I come from East LA and let me tell you their food reminds me of the Mexican food I used to have back in LA. Their prices are fair and their portions are generous. The service is good. I totally recommend this place !!
