Very laid back... Don't expect to hurry in, order and leave.

Very friendly. Fresh, delicious food.

Very disrespectful and impolite servers. Took 12 min to make one drink. When I questioned why it took so long I just got a rude ‘sorry’ and when I asked to speak to the manager, the male server gave me issues and didn’t bring the manager to the front.
However, the manager/ owner was very nice and understanding. He listened and responded respectfully. Apologized for any inconvenience.

Great coffee and bakery shop. Near UNM campus. Intelligent, engaing clientele. Young and old.

Great spot! Scrumptious drip and cold brew coffee. Breakfast Burritos are delicious!! Prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

We visited this cafe this morning and basically from Indiana state and had a terrible experience and never coming back
The lady who took our orders behaved extremely rude with us (purple hair and nose piercing and no name tag). 12/23/25 11.35.
AM.She threw her pen and almost spilled the coffee when giving it to us and was very grumpy. I hope either the store manager or the owner take action on this and teach her customer service. It's okay if you have a bad day but don't behave rude to your customers.
Never coming back here due to this
experience. Crepe, croissant was really good but will never recommend this place due to their poor service.

I love a reason to stop here on my way through town. They have always had the best espresso - roast it themselves. And the bagels!! The only real bagels in the region - they make them in house the right way / boiling and all. No one in the area (El Paso included) actually follows a real bagel recipe. Their pastries are great too. Would not mind if they freshened up the interior. Love this place forever.

I rarely leave reviews about restaurants but after my experience this morning, I felt like I should. I called ahead around 7:20 to place an order to go and I arrived 25 minutes later. I explained I was there to pick up and order placed earlier and I was told my drink was ready but my burrito wasn’t. I asked how much longer, and I was told by one barista that it would be ready when it’s ready. I explained that I called ahead 20 minutes prior. Another barista said to me that if I want speedy, fast service then I should go to Starbucks. I said I don’t require speedy service, that’s why I called 20 minutes prior to place the order. I ended up leaving with just my drink because I needed to be at work. I understand businesses get very busy and many people place orders. But customers, like all people have scheduled and places to be. “It’ll be ready when it’s ready” isn’t at all a response for servers to be treating customers and neither is “you should just go to Starbucks, I don’t know what to tell you”. I can definitely say I won’t be coming back to this cafe and I really hope management knows how hurtful and rude their staff is.

Atmosphere is very cozy. Absolutely loved the bread on the turkey club. It was a bit of a wait, but it was busy and they didn't seem to have many on staff at the time, so I didn't mind the wait, which was well worth it. Definitely recommend.
