I am surprised and extremely happy that this restaurant exists in Las Cruces. This is some fantastic Japanese food! Wonderful ramen, bento boxes, tempura and other treats to tempt you. Mix Pacific Rim has earned a permanent slot in my rotation... nice!

I recently dined at this incredible Asian restaurant, and I have to say, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was nothing short of amazing — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. From the first bite, it was clear that a lot of care goes into each dish.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Even though we arrived toward the end of the night, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. They were attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome without any rush. Our food arrived almost immediately, which was impressive considering how late it was.
The combination of top-tier food and outstanding service makes this place a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!

Mix is my favorite sushi restaurant in all of NM! I kid you not. Their fish is so fresh and their rolls are simply delicious. Rolls I love include the Tampico roll, Alaskan roll, Mexico roll, Tiger roll, and Hawaiian roll. Appetizers I always enjoy are the potstickers and the Volcano roll. The service is always wonderful too.

It is REALLY hard to find good food and service in Las Cruces. My husband and I came here for lunch and it did not disappoint! The ramen is top quality and the service was refreshing. We loved it so much we just got it delivered for tonights dinner and I am extremely pleased with how they package food to go so there's no spillage.
