I tried the potato kale soup, the chorizo and goat cheese quiche (available with or without a crust for those who are gluten-free), and the daily special—chicken stuffed with apple and brie, served with a side of green beans. I usually refrain from giving bad reviews to local restaurants but Nessa's earned a big thumb down. I just love finding beard hair on my bagel and paying for the skimpiest breakfast plate I've ever seen. How in the pit of Hades do they get so many good reviews? My bad for not going to Wecks. I won't make that mistake again.

Everything is made from scratch using local ingredients to prepare creative dishes not found elsewhere. If you're looking for something different for breakfast, try the New Mexico Sunrise. It's amazing. There is also a pastry case with delicious goodies for take out. If you're in Las Cruces, check this place out.
We’ve been coming here for years. What Vanessa creates in the kitchen is nothing but amazing. She has total control of her kitchen which only shows in her flavorful pack dishes and pastries. Don’t be fooled by this little building. The seating is intimate and welcoming. If you are either visiting Las Cruces or you are lucky enough to live here. You need to make a stop at Nessa’s Cafe
