This is a takeout store, so people don’t go here for the atmosphere... However, they make the best cakes on the planet. No kidding! I will never pass up the opportunity to buy a tasty sweet snack at Nothing Bundt Cakes! I haven’t had one for over 5 years because I’m prohibited from eating wheat now, but they’re now offering a couple of flavors in a gluten-free option. God has answered my prayers! ;-)

Dietary restrictions: They now regularly offer a gluten-free option on up to three flavors. They’re not quite as soft and moist as the amazing traditional versions, but they’re still spectacular!

Husband ordered for Mothers Day. He was sick and forgot, but they called about pick up and waited for him. I'm so glad they did. DELISHOUS! And I'm not even a cake person. Staff was very kind. We will be back!

This was the second time out of three visits to the Las Cruces NBC store I did not get what I ordered. The first time I asked for a White Chocolate Raspberry and was given a Lemon cake. I did not look at it until I got home so my bad, I did not verify. This time I asked again for White Chocolate Raspberry and received a cake with white chocolate Raspberry on the label. I get home to eat it and it is lemon. Just wow. The cakes are good when you get what you want. Not sure I will return.***Update*** NBC reached out to me and made things right. I look forward to my next visit to their store.
