Not much taste to th3me bread sticks. The Zuppa Soup had pieces of Kale stem in it and hardly any potatoes. The salad was not good at all.

This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! It’s my birthday and I couldn’t even get decent service. I will never be coming here again. Specifically, the bar tender was rude. He was my server because I was at the bar. Barely acknowledged me!

This restaurant is really nice and elegant looking. It was our first time here and our server Brian made it easy for us as he gave us his recommendation on some of the dishes and appetizers that was helpful of him. He was patient and kind while we looked at the menu and didn't rush us. I ordered the chicken Alfredo with a salad and my husband ordered the cheese ravioli with meat sauce and the chicken & gnocchi. I didn't realize the salad was going to be in such a big bowl lol but it was good. We had a great time laughing at ourselves and making Brian laugh at us too he was down to earth

As usual, the restaurant was hopping even though it was the middle of the after. Our server tried the best she could but it seems like the kitchen and the bar were way behind. My daughter ordered a cappuccino to have with her dessert but it was about 20 minutes late. We were already leaving by the time it was brought. Not good

Food was delicious and promptly served. 3 of our party ordered the bottomless pasta, and never had to wait an e cessive time for refills. Our server Nick was attentive, and professional. Would recommend forsure.

Olive Garden, I love your breadsticks — but can we talk about the bar thing? For some reason, every time my husband and I walk in, they try to seat us in the bar. I may be a young-looking 60, but I’m not on a Tinder date or closing a business deal over martinis. This has happened twice now, and I politely declined the “party section” this time. It feels like the staff is under pressure to move people along quickly — appetizers, salad, and entrees all land on the table at the same time unless you speak up. Nothing says “welcome” like a carb avalanche. There was also a bit of chaos in the air: one couple got double orders, another party was crammed around a table clearly too small, and those half-tables along the window look cozy but feel more like a squeeze test. On the bright side, the food is still solid, and the recent makeover looks great — fresh, modern, and definitely an improvement. If they could just slow the pace and let diners breathe (and choose a normal table), Olive Garden would once again feel like the warm Italian escape it’s meant to be. Still worth a visit — just ask for a real table, pace your pasta, and remember: breadsticks make everything better. 🥖😉
Very disappointed. Bread tasted old, meals thrown together, just not a great experience

Disappointed Chicken Picatta removed from menu but Tour of Italy always rewarding. Lots of dishes close by, but our bar service was very pleasant.

We recently ate at OG and I ordered the Chicken Alfredo. When my dish was served I noted a weird smell which I assumed was just the Alfredo sauce. In any event, I ate about half the plate of food and had to convince myself that the chicken was just okay. It had a strange taste to it which was non-appetizing. I decided not to finish the meal thinking maybe it was just me. That evening I became very ill with typical food poisoning and was up all night with all the symptoms of food poisoning which I will not elaborate on this review. It took a good 48 hours before I recovered. I was going to call the restaurant to let them know but I wasn’t convinced it would make any difference, hence my honest review. In fairness to the restaurant, we’ve dined there many times in the past and, for the most part, we’ve been satisfied with our meals. This experience was quite different. I hope this review encourages the restaurant management to review their food inspection and handling on a daily basis.

My friend and I were seated immediately after arriving. Our server was at our table with no wait wanting our beverage order. We ordered from the luncheon menu. I ordered eggplant parmesan and my friend ordered shrimp scampi. The salad with never ending cheese and breadsticks were not delayed. Our entrees were steaming hot and served as we finished our salad. Can’t complain about a thing. I will return.
It always takes too long to get your order done 🥲

The service was horrible and the food was cold 🥶. People that came in after me ate and paid before I even got my food . The manager was nice . But I won't ever eat here again the food quality was very poor 😕
ALWAYS love a good lunch at reasonable prices. Olive Garden delivers for sure.
