Called the order in at 11:45 lady on the phone said it'll be ready by 12:00 showed up at 12:07 waited for almost a HALF HOUR befor I left. If your going to order food from this place call it in an hour ahead. Not going back panda express has better Chinese food and you get it with in 5 minutes.

Average Chinese food in Las Cruces.Nothing to brag about, but there are worst choices in our community.The staff on the other hand are super friendly and very nice.Average cost.Your food comes in the traditional Chinese take out box, and is microwave safe. Unlike some other places here in town that serve in a Styrofoam clamshell box.Still searching for best Chinese food in town.

Oriental Palace has always been one of my favorite restaurants around. I had a bad experience 6 months ago and thought I would never go back. Today I decided to give them another chance and placed an order. I was told 35 minutes and arrived after 40. I called to let them know I had arrived and was told that they would be right out. Ten minutes later I called because they had not come out and the girl asked if my order was ready. I heard someone say it was almost ready and she politely informed me. After waiting 50 minutes total with no other orders waiting, I told them to keep their food and I left

I love the service, food, convenience and prices. Very fast, friendly and everything is cooked fresh. Make sure you call it in and they will always have it ready in 15-/20 min. Daily specials are where its at! Never had a bad meal, i get food at least every other week! Top notch service and food. Highly recommend!
