Ordered catering. When we got there to pick it up 5 workers did not greet us or acknowledge us. They all looked at us & walked away. One guy had to step in & help. He tried confirming if our order was finished & none of his coworkers answered him. Was a very awkward experience & unprofessional.

Ordered $40 of food and it was not worth it. The rice was not cooked all the way with any of the dishes. Ordered teriyaki chicken on them all not one sauce package. Worst part when I went to pick up the order wasn’t even busy

Terrible 30+ minutes to get my food and I ordered in the app and I live 10+ minutes away so I just don’t understand why it takes a long to get a small plate. I don’t get it. I truthfully do not understand it

Just spoke to an employee on the phone and let her know that I truly appreciate how good my food was after working a 11 hour shift at my fast food location! (Considering they were closing in 45 minutes.) As a general manager myself I notice a lot of things unfortunately, but when I walked in everyone in there was cleaning, my food was fresh, and the girl who attended me was still full of enthusiasm even after a busy day she had, I’m sure. Thank you all for making my night and for the great customer service I received at your location tonight! <3

Pretty gross. They clean air vents over people's tables while they're eating. We asked them to stop, but then they went to clean the vents over the food.

If I could rate them a zero I would. I never received my food. It was delivered to the wrong address..probably my fault but the restaurant was no help in resolving the issue and im still waiting for a refund.

Staff was unfriendly and rude when trying to pick up an online order. Just said there was no need to be rude… food was crunchy and chow mein was just cabbage and onions. :(

UPDATE: Panda gave me a coupon and food this time around was delicious and service was sweet.

Very disappointed with my pickup order. No utensils or soy sauce were included—basic items that should always be provided. On top of that, the Dr Pepper had no carbonation at all. Unacceptable service for such a simple order.

This was my to go place and very disgusted with staff, manager, and food. Never will I go back, worst service ever.

Always before they gave good quantity of food every time and today I paid for 2 bowls with no sides. 1) drive thru was rude and told me I couldn't order just the bowl, it have to be a la carte. I told her it's always been the way I ordered. She then said rudely ok. At drive thru window she continued to be rude to get my payment and almost dropped my food from the window.

2) I get the bag of my 2 orders of bowls with orange chicken and felt it too lightweight. I opened the bowl with only 6 orange chicken pieces. I drive around to speak to manager and he was very rude and only argued with me. I requested a refund and he said he wouldn't because I touched the chicken. I explained that he would always give large quantity but he argued and said that no one is to give more food in the container. He kept arguing rudely and still no refund and no more chicken.

I paid 8.60 x 2 for 2 bowls with 6 orange chicken pieces. Even if it was a la carte I would have probably gotten 2 pieces.

Never ever again!! Very unprofessional oft the manager.
