Great broccoli beef plate tonight with lots of flavor, tender, and not chewy. The meat ratio to the broccoli was perfectly balanced when there usually isn’t hardly any of the beef in there. I have ordered it a lot and never cared for how chewy it was (multiple locations nationwide). It was excellently fresh.

I get people make mistakes.. well last night i meant to put in an order for rinconada but accidentally placed it at university. They were busy but as i'm trying to get a hold of someone i called rinconada and let them know "hey i put in a wrong order at the wrong store, how do i cancel and order with you guys" Well the guy said "university is pretty busy and you have to keep calling and i'll keep calling them also to see what we can do but place the order with us" So i did exactly that, then i was able to get a hold of someone at University to help me and they did, but i didn't see a refund so they told me if anything call back tomorrow and see if the refund was done,etc. Called back to university and as im not on mute or hold at the end i can hear them say "Yeah the guy at rinconada called me last night and said that she called yelling at them demanding a refund , so let her know just to come to the store!" As i finally was able to respond i told them i heard them and i wasn't yelling i was just trying to get help, then the guy laughed and said yeah that guys pretty dramatic don't worry about that, lol. Well university did help me overall but my review is just towards the guy is at rinconada, i just asked for who to get refund and not a whole arm and a leg. Sorry i yelled at you but didn't actually yell at you, just help people out because even tho it was an inconvenience for everyone it was resolved but the over dramatic response just makes for poor service....

Everytime I go here I'm reminded of why I stay away. After having to wait 15 minutes for a drive through order I went inside to get my food. While the final item had been cooking, the rest of my order had been sitting on the counter getting cold. My rice was cold and the Chicken was warm at best. Kitchen staff was arguing to top it all off.

Nonetheless, I value your consistent reliability of service and the pleasant atmosphere you provide to the local "cannabis consuming" community.
