Just spoke to an employee on the phone and let her know that I truly appreciate how good my food was after working a 11 hour shift at my fast food location! Staff was unfriendly and rude when trying to pick up an online order. Just said there was no need to be rude… food was crunchy and chow mein was just cabbage and onions. :(
