I was charged over five dollars for crushed peppers and garlic seasoning when it has always been complementary will never go back. Do not appreciate it being charged for complementary stuff was told by an employee. The district manager did not get a big enough bonus so they need to start charging For seasoning and packets.

Loved the pizza, carry out. Disliked staff putting bare hands into large rectangle plastic bin & putting cheese on pizzas. Talked to female staff member outside, she said "that is how we make our pizzas." Ewww, no gloves-> poor... I haven't been back.!!🤔☹️

Placed an order for pick up tonight. First I wasn't updating in the app so I called the store to check on it and the guy said oh it will be ready in 5 min. I said ok I'll send my husband to pick it up. My husband gets the 15 min later and asks about our order. They gave it to someone else. The worker even checked the system and said I was the only Amanda who placed order so..my husband had to wait there so they could remake our order, but no apology nothing. I'm just disgusted with this papa johns.

This was the worst pizza that I have ever had. It was also very expensive, costing $30.24 for 2 NY style pizzas. Nothing like NY pizza and it was so dry.I ordered extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese. I would have saved so much money if I had ordered from Little Ceasars.
