Food was bland , my margarita didn’t have any tequila just lime juice. Very overpriced of the 6 of us at the table only 2 people said it was Ok smh. Never again. My steak was rubbery I had to fight to cut through every piece

Peppers came highly recommended. The setting is unique so we were excited to dine there. Our server couldn’t identify the ingredients of a dish I was interested in ordering, actually saying ,”You know. Stuff like that.” So I placed my order and it came with items I didn’t want. He waiting until I had removed the unwanted items before offering to have it remade. The food was less than mediocre. My husband compared his tacos to Taco Bell. I ate it because I was hungry, and went home to make a sandwich.

Marvelous place! Beautiful building. Great service & delicious meals. Our server told us the history of the place & encouraged us to visit the other rooms (Double Eagle).

The vibes at this place are immaculate. Incredible ambiance that made the experience worth it. It had a really cool bar with decent prices for alcohol, except my $20 martini haha, but it was very good. It just depends on what you get, like anywhere else. The service was fine and the food was simply okay. It was very slow and I don't particularly love New Mexican cuisine, but my friend's were not a huge fan of their dishes and even the lobster ravioli and truffle fries were lacking.Pepper's is located inside the Double Eagle, a fancier and more expensive restaurant. If you go to Pepper's, you sit in the indoor courtyard area (refer to photo with margarita Christmas tree). If you go to Double Eagle, you sit in one of the fancy rooms (refer to photo with pink wall and gold ceiling). I believe they have private rooms as well. All that to say, I would just come here for an appetizer with drinks and call it a day. The ambiance alone is worth checking out.

Pregame dinner. Our order was taken quickly enough, but even though we were having burgers, quesadillas, and steak salad, the food took about 30 minutes to serve.

This is our firts time going to this restaurant. The experienced was not good at all. The service was horrible. The food took forever to come and it was cold. Then when we eat the food, it was not worth to wait. I had the beef zissling fajitas, meat was hard to eat. My friend has the ribs with fries. The ribs was not good and the fries was so cold. Will not recommend , and will not go back again.

I love this place and love the food. Unfortunately the hostess in the front was telling everyone that the wait time was an hour and a half. The restaurant was empty and then she stated that the wait time was that long because there was only 1 waiter. I said put me on the wait list and she did and then I got seated in 10 min. When ordering at the restaurant I noticed there was plenty of waiters but also plenty of customers leaving. The service from our waitress was excellent Unfortunately the hostess is lying about staff and wait time and the restaurant lost a lot of customers because of her. I asked to be seated at the Double Eagle and she stated they were completely booked and that they only have availabilty for tomorrow. The Double Eagle is empty fyi. Only 1 table has customers. I do have her name and if management wants to reach out they can.

I hadn't been to Peppers in over 10 years, and it was like going to a dear friend's for dinner. The service was friendly, the atmosphere charming, and the menu selections were creative and delicious. I ordered the green chili wonton appetizer and lobster gnocchi for my entree. Both were attractively plated and simply sublime. The bourbon pecan pie was very delicious, a little over sweet for my palate, but I finished every bite! I definitely won't wait so long this time to return.

Great atmosphere. Asked for a ribeye and a sirloin medium rare. Waited an hour to be presented completely brown/well done. It was worst than well done it was congratulations.

We have eaten here several times and always enjoyed our meals. I didn’t want any corn so I chose the vegan fajitas - the menu listed them being sautéed calabacitas, bell peppers and onions. Sadly, they were mostly onions with some bell peppers and very little calabacitas but lots of corn!? Disappointing but still delicious! Topped off with the Mezcal Mule! I’ll try for the calabacitas again next time!

Literally the best meal I've had in recent memory. We discovered this place totally on accident and now it's a "must revisit".

Peppers on the Plaza (Potp) is a charming restaurant with a rustic interior and a warm atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive, but the food is unfortunately a bit of a disappointment. The pork belly skillet was bland and overcooked. The steak sandwich was four small steak bites and small portions size, with no flavor.Overall, I would recommend Potp for the atmosphere and cocktails, but not for the food. If you're looking for a good meal, you'll be disappointed. However, if you're looking for a charming place to spend an evening with friends, Potp is a good option

Marissa was an excellent server. Very personable and helpful. One of the people in my party is Celiac and Marissa was very helpful in clarifying which menu items were safe for her to eat. Sadly, the recent menu changes have left very few Gluten-Free items available to those who cannot eat gluten. As far as I could see there were only two things on the menu that were indicated as Gluten-free. The margaritas were delicious as always.Dietary restrictions: Very few Gluten-free options. ☹️

We have eaten both in Peppers and in the Double Eagle. Peppers is a beautiful arboretum full of trees and plants. The setting is wonderful as is the food. Slightly pricier but worth it. Excellent wine, beer, and liquor selection. The Double Eagle is in their fancy ballroom in the back of the building. Food is fantastic but expensive. We highly recommend the ceasar salad and bananas foster. Go there is you want a special treat.Parking: There is a small lot in front of the local church at the end of the square the restaurant is located on you can park in for free. It fills up quickly during the day but is fairly clear in the evenings. If no parking is there then you must find some on the streets and walk.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs so you can get a wheelchair into the place. Bathrooms are big enough, not huge, to get into.
