The cinnamon roll was really hard. The coffee tasted off. I think they put milk and I'm allergic. I ended up getting 😫 🤒

In a bit of an oddly industrial location that is also a bit industrial inside. But there’s lot of seating and tables available. We got our coffees and cookies to go however. The cookies were phenomenal, chewy with a bit of crunch. My cortado was a bit milk heavy, the cappuccino was good though.

The primary shop for a coffee roaster that supplies beans to the region. It was an amazing place with unique, exceptional service. If you are in the Las Cruces/Messia area, you must stop here for coffee.

Awesome coffee & great customer service. Glad we found this spot while passing through!
Single Best Coffee Shop atmosphere to date, from the artwork to the record spinning while its sleeve sitting on display. The brews are excellently balanced making even a to go order worth the time for a brief visit.

Picacho Coffee Roasters has some of the best coffee I have ever had. I am NOT rating on a curve for what is available in the area, but speaking in absolute terms: they have great coffee. While driving through we stopped for some coffee as it was near by and we were all blown away by their cold brew, one of their pour overs, and their latte. They have a good selection of coffee to cater to different tastes. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Best for the area. Coffee beans are always wildly inconsistent. It’s as if it’s a mixture of professionals and YouTube video watchers came together to roast beans. Most of the staff look like they are smelling a steaming hot piece of ??️1️⃣? . They can still make a stealth latte despite the terrible service. I’ve worked hospitality for over a decade. Las Cruces is special.

BEST COFFEE IN TOWN!!! Super nice and easy to talk with :)
It makes me sad to only be able to give this place 3 stars. It used to be my absolute favorite coffee in the country - when I wanted a latte, this was exactly what I wanted.
In the last three months, they've hired new baristas who clearly have no idea what they're doing: 5 out of the last 5 drinks I've gotten from one specific barista have been undrinkable. You know when you go to village inn at 3pm, order a coffee, and know that you're drinking the bottom of pot that was brewed at lunch? That's what my $6 lattes have been tasting like. I took one sip of mine today and immediately threw it in the trash because it was undrinkable.
This used to be my favorite secret - now I'm actively telling people to run as far away as they can.
Picacho, now's your chance to close for a few days and retrain your baristas. I won't be back for a while.
My husband and I really enjoyed the time we spent here. The coffee was delicious and the service was excellent!!!
