Went one day to feel the nostalgia of the franchise only to enter an empty establishment with a few patrons eating. Employees nowhere to be found for 15 minutes, wasn't going to go looking for customer service if they weren't looking for customers. Never sat, never greeted, never ordered, just left.

I live 3 blocks away. I wanted pizza for a Friday night, it wasn’t busy, and I walked in at 7:40pm. A group walked in ahead of me and sat down, so I did the same. The girl went to them they got a menu and drinks, I was skipped. They got their food and I waited 35 minutes and they not once asked for my order, or offered a menu or anything. Another group walked in as I was leaving, they sat down and the guy went to them and gave them a menu.

The service was fast, the food was great, and everything came out fresh. No complaints about the staff at all—they were efficient and polite. The only downside was the atmosphere. The location is in a rough neighborhood, which definitely affects the overall vibe. If you’re doing takeout or delivery, it’s solid. Just not the kind of place I’d want to sit and eat.
I ordered the Garlic Alfredo pasta through the mobile app and specified extra Alfredo sauce and no bread sticks. When I entered the restaurant, I noticed there were no other customers. An employee came from the back, greeted me, and asked what I was there to pick-up and I told him the Garlic Alfredo pasta. He said it just came out the oven and he pulled out a pan with bread sticks. As he was brushing the oil on the bread sticks, I asked him if those were with my order and he replied yes. Immediately, I told him I don't want them and that was specified in my order. He double-checked and he said, "you're right". He then packaged up my order, I said thank you (reflex action), and I was on my way. Since he didn't see I had indicated no bread sticks, I just knew he didn't read the "extra Alfredo sauce". I got in my vehicle and checked. Guess what? I was right. I didn't have time to fool around with having him correct my order so I just left. No more going to that Pizza Hut. (And there were no other customers...)

I paced a DoorDash order at 5:39pm for it to be delivered at 7:15pm. The order didn’t get delivered till 8:05pm. It was not a DoorDash delivery issue. I called and the response i got was “we were just very busy and we had to remake your pizza”. The order went through 3 different DoorDashers…. Very horrible service.

It was extremely expensive, especially when you consider the delivery fee and gratuity. But, everything else was closed so it was our only option.
