I ordered the Garlic Alfredo pasta through the mobile app and specified extra Alfredo sauce and no bread sticks. When I entered the restaurant, I noticed there were no other customers. An employee came from the back, greeted me, and asked what I was there to pick-up and I told him the Garlic Alfredo pasta. He said it just came out the oven and he pulled out a pan with bread sticks. As he was brushing the oil on the bread sticks, I asked him if those were with my order and he replied yes. Immediately, I told him I don't want them and that was specified in my order. He double-checked and he said, "you're right". He then packaged up my order, I said thank you (reflex action), and I was on my way. Since he didn't see I had indicated no bread sticks, I just knew he didn't read the "extra Alfredo sauce". I got in my vehicle and checked. Guess what? I was right. I didn't have time to fool around with having him correct my order so I just left. No more going to that Pizza Hut. (And there were no other customers...)

I paced a DoorDash order at 5:39pm for it to be delivered at 7:15pm. The order didn’t get delivered till 8:05pm. It was not a DoorDash delivery issue. I called and the response i got was “we were just very busy and we had to remake your pizza”. The order went through 3 different DoorDashers…. Very horrible service.

I went to Pizza Hut today, 12/29/2024 to report an issue with a recent order. I explained the last few orders from the Las Cruces, NM north main location have been incorrect. I have to go in the day after an order so they can rectify the situation. The lady Christina Baca just makes excuses for what has happened. I explained the they would focus on the details to ensure customer satisfaction. She blew me off and told me I could just go somewhere else. This is a major dissapointment to a regular customer and does not make Pizza Hut look good as a company.

On Dec 15 2024 around 4pm I picked up my order of a big dinner box the wings were not fully cooked you can still see the pink in there. Glad I caught on time before my kids would’ve aten them. Super dangerous super disgusting

Pizza Hut has gone down, we ordered a large supreme pizza for pick up. The charged me $30 with a soda the pizza had hardly any toppings the sausage tasted old. What a waste of money and time we gave the pizza to the dog. I will not order from Pizza Hut again they can keep their expensive pizza and old toppings.

Delivered happy with the personal pan pizzas. My 6 yr. old grand niece eat almost all of hers. No issue eating mine. The delivery text was awesome. Should show my grand niece when they got the order, baking it and the when it was on the way here. Thank you pizza hut, haven't ordered for a few years, same great delivery service and food. 1000 kudos to the man who delivered. Thank you again
