Pizza Palazzo

The pizza was very good! The restaurant is unorganized and dirty which made me hesitant to order. Definitely needs a deep cleaning. I will return if they clean up. We ordered a vegan pizza, a cheese pizza, and a pizza with black olives, pepperoni amd green chile and they were all tasty.

Used to order from these when we first moved here, great pizza. Unfortunately, due to growing pains on their end, the service fell, Covid happened and just life, I forgot about Pizza Palazzo. Having a conversation with friends I brought Pizza Palazoo into the mix. Decided to go back and try them today, the pizza was just as good as it was in 2018-2019. Ordering online is helpful. These guys are great, give the a try.

Decent pizza. A bit overpriced but that’s local businesses for you. Easily the best hot wings I’ve ever tasted. Will definitely come back for some wings in the future

Got a deep dish and boy was it good. Highly recommend for any pizza lovers. This was some actually good pizza.

I didn’t even get to the review of the pizza because the guy on the phone was so rude, didn’t greet the caller and then just asked what do I want. then hung up on me mid conversation saying hello hello like he couldn’t hear me.

Really bad experience trying to place an online order today. I show up at the scheduled time and the door is locked. No one answers the phone when I try calling. 15 minutes later an employee comes to the door and unlocks it. After going inside I'm told it will be another 20 minutes (he hasn't even started the order). I had to cancel, and don't know if I will get my money back since I paid online. I thought this place would be good based on the reviews...

Their ad said they were open on Sunday starting at 1130am. I called multiple times after 1130am and never got a response. If a business can't even bother to keep their posted open hours, what good is that business? I'll consider changing or deleting this review if they redeem themselves by actually being open when they say they are.

Ordered pick up through the app, was given the wrong order, called the store multiple times and no answer. I drove back to the store with the wrong order they gave me, they were closed at around 7:25pm? The website says 8pm. Ordered a calzone and ended up with cheese sticks? Bummed. I want a refund on the order I never received.
