Pizza Palazzo

Ordered pick up through the app, was given the wrong order, called the store multiple times and no answer. I drove back to the store with the wrong order they gave me, they were closed at around 7:25pm? The website says 8pm. Ordered a calzone and ended up with cheese sticks? Bummed. I want a refund on the order I never received.

One thing that keeps me going to a place is customer service first then taste and he had both! Really nice funny guy and the wings and pizza were so good not like fast food pizza at all! I recommend ☺️

We ordered delivery and the pizza was cold and the boneless wings were over cooked. We will not be ordering from here anytime soon.

Not a place to sit down and eat but the lady in the front was respectful on the phone. Ordered for pick up. The food is delicious. Crust was light but yet so crispy, pizza held well even with the delicious ingredients on top. I'm glad I chose a local shop over a food chain. This place was out of the way to get there but I will definitely be going back to try different pies.

Finally tried Pizza Palazzo after wanting to for a while. Got a pepperoni, a NM Deluxe, and cheesy breadsticks. All were delicious. My family enjoyed the way they arrange the pepperoni, makes it so you get some in each bite. The NM Deluxe was excellent and the cheesy breadsticks was a perfect addition to our meal. Looking forward to trying another pizza.

Ordered Deep Dish with bacon, pepperoni & half jalapeño. Crust tastes good pizza has way to much sauce with little to no cheese. Also ordered hot wings they barely have any sauce. Got lemon pepper wings & they are way too salty. The service was awesome though!

Ordered the Windy City and the chicken Alfredo pizza, food was delicious, just wish they put a seasoning or something to make the crust taste as delicious as the pizza. Convenient location especially for road trip travel, was ready in 15 minutes in a shopping center that has everything you need while you’re on your way to your travel destination.

Honestly, should have just gone to a chain spot- pizza was not good ? hidden fees online, the curbside pick up just doesn’t work (you have to go in)

Delicious pizza and friendly service! Their deep dish explains why we call it a pizza "pie"! ?Angel was fun and attentive from the moment we walked into the door. It's rare to get that type service these days! Great place!
