Looked on Google maps for a local pizza place and saw pizza palazzo had good reviews. I ordered online and when I showed up for my order the business was closed for the day. Looked at my online receipt and saw the location that picked up my order was 40min away. After calling the number on my receipt to no answer, I decided to drive out to the second location since I already paid and the location is literally in the middle of nowhere! Decided to cancel my order after that and request a refund.After an hour an employee called me about my order, after explaining the situation he said that's an issue they've been dealing with and he'll talk to the owner about my refund. I did not get a refund.

Called to order food and the girl is so unprofessional on the phone. Then she puts me on hold for 20min and then hung up on me. They then wouldn’t answer their phones for the next 30min. Obviously they don’t like their customers or making $.

Ordered a half cheese & half sausage/mushroom pizza (my 4 year old will only eat cheese), and got a pizza full of sausage mushroom. Short of the mess-up, the order was on time. Pizza was okay, nothing special.

This company repeatedly fails to open on time. When you call they leave messages that they won’t be open until four and then when you actually show up they say we couldn’t get our oven going today. I understand things happen but their customer service is half a star at best.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! It was ready exactly when they said it would be. The crust was perfect. Delicious.Have ordered here a few more times since the original post. It has been so consistently good. It’s the new house favorite. Awesome to have this locally owned business right here in our neck of the woods.

I have had pizza palazzo many times but this weekend we tried something different the Detroit round pizza it was delicious. My kids definitely loved it the amount of sauce,cheese everything was perfect of course great fresh flavor. Thank you pizza palazzo

Called ahead for my order, was told 15-20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes only to find nobody at the counter. Could hear someone off to side making pizza. Spoke up "hello, here to pick up my pizza." No response. Poled my head around corner and was to "get back up front to the counter, nobody is allowed back here." I respond, "there is nobody at the counter." Store person responded, "yeah, I can see that". Tied calling store and Verizon said line was busy. I looked on counter and the phone was off the hook! 20 min later the same guy came up to the counter and asked what I wanted, I said trying to pickup my pizza. The place looks run down and perhaps under construction. If they are new, this is not the way to encourage nor attract customers! Got the pizza home, cold nasty looking Paid for their Meet Lovers, XL.

Ordered a small pizza online. Got there a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready. The front door was locked closed. There was a little kid inside. I waited till the time my pizza was to be ready. I began knocking after that. After a long while the owner comes out. He was surprised he had an order. He found my order and started it at that point. It took 15 minutes and it tasted rushed. Not likely I'll be back.
