Best cinnamon rolls I've had in YEARS!!! And the white sourdough bread is delicious. Great place, very friendly people.
Love the different flavors of sourdough bread offered. My family’s favorite is the pecan. The olive oil and vinegars they sell are tasty too. The habanero one is great for meats. They offer free samples, you can’t go wrong here.
Amazing bread with lots of flavor choices at great prices. They always have a set few with new flavors each week. Now they have pastries too.

Proofed Bread Co. is a lovely bakery with an exceptional and devoted space. The team for baking is undeniably fantastic, with very friendly and helpful staff. The bakery offers many delicious and incredible fresh loaf bread options, including a magnificent baguette, sourdough, green chili cheddar Jack sourdough, and cranberry apricot walnuts sourdough. Their morning sweets are outstanding, featuring a maple bun, maple pecan bun, pecan sticky bun, cinnamon roll, and sticky praline topped rolls, which are considered the best. The fudge is also amazing, with varieties like orange creme vanilla, maple pecan, pistachio, chocolate red chili, and coffee latte. Chili pepper fudge and chili sourdough bread are highlighted as particularly remarkable. Visitors may find sales close to closing time.
