1-Star Review: Disappointed and Confused by the Treatment
I visited RADS Retrocade on 11/14 with my cousin while I was in town from out of state. When we first arrived, everything seemed great our bartender was friendly, the small bites were good, and we were genuinely having a good time. We were chatting with people around us, ordering drinks, and even had a couple of drinks sent over to us. It felt like the perfect night out.
After spending some time on the patio, we came back inside to continue enjoying the evening. That’s when the vibe completely shifted. Suddenly, every bartender behind the bar was ignoring us to the point where the people around us started asking what was going on because they noticed it too.
Eventually, the bartender who originally served us came over. When I tried ordering shots, she told us that management had instructed her to “slow us down.” At that point we had already been there for over two hours and were nowhere near causing any kind of disturbance. It was confusing, embarrassing, and honestly upsetting to be singled out like that without reason. They even allowed me to order shots for someone else just not for us.
I am not an angry or confrontational person, and nothing about our behavior warranted this kind of treatment. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined what had been a fun night. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax, enjoy drinks, and spend their money without feeling ostracized for no apparent reason.

Went for a bingo night. Bingo was fun the host was also fun. Some of the people that work there are kind of rude for no reason. Have been there a few times and most of the time workers have been rude.

I have only gone to this place a couple of times with my brother during the day or when I am walking a downtown stroll. This place seems to be where all the action is Las Cruces.. All the action is here i know that for sure. If you want action come here on a weekend night. 🌙 .. i myself have only enjoyed family leisure time here during the day.. garbage pale nachos were amazing very catchy name :):)

This place is amazing. We were staying at an AIRBNB close by. Came in late Sunday not expecting much. They had a great atmosphere and Kareoke. Mostly locals. Will go back
Cool bar but the bartenders were horrible, both times I went. The Karaoke 🎤 crew was great.

people in the kitchen left me waiting forever didn’t even take my order, and when i got my order they took ages to make it. one worker wasn’t even working she was on her phone which is not only unprofessional but also unsanitary.

Not super found of the food, the service is great the atmosphere is okay for short amount of times. Not super found of the Thursday D.J, and the floor is nasty, sometimes even sticky to the point you can feel your shoes get stuck.

Rad is totally awesome with great games and retro pinball. Most locals eat elsewhere before shooting zombies for dessert. I was slightly high the night of my visit and it was absolutely epic 😀
