Im not a fan of sitting at the hibachi tables, but you can sit at a regular table and order the hibachi that way. I always get the salmon sashimi and a salmon avocado roll. Always really good. Im picky about sushi and this place is the only place I'll order it and I've tried basically every place that offers sushi in LC. Also, the clear broth soup is soo good. I always get some to go for later.

We took our grand daughter to celebrate, the food was real good ,but the chairs and the appearance of the whole restaurant it's like they're just letting it go , as if they don't care The furniture is very ugly and they actually have plastic and tape on some areas covering up ugliness, sad

Extremely rude server, food tasted bland, so loud I couldn't hear myself. I could've remembered this place as magical when I was younger, clearly not.

Super fun hibachi! We came in tonight as a party of 5. We weren't disappointed. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. We will be back.

Where shall I begin? Immaculate service given by Abraham, he’s very attentive and quick, and our experience would have been one star if not for him (okay that’s a lie but he did make the experience 20 stars) Please give this guy a raise, minimum 5 dollars. I had to assure that he received his 100 dollar bill because the man the myth, the legend, deserved it.

We went in to celebrate my son’s college graduation, and it turned out to be a great choice. The sushi was excellent—especially the Cowboy roll. It looked so good that the people sitting next to me were literally salivating and ended up ordering one for themselves.
The hibachi was good overall, though the rice was a little heavy on the sauce—almost soup-like. The chef definitely got a bit excited with the flavoring. That said, the cook was a lot of fun and even gave me a generous long shot of sake, which added to the experience.
It’s a small place, but it’s big on taste and fun. The whole family enjoyed it, and the atmosphere made the celebration even better. The next time I’m back in town, I will absolutely visit again.
A true hidden gem of Las Cruces. Bottom line: I highly recommend it—support local businesses!

Awsome, something different entertaining, chef prepares hibatshi in front of you, food was amazing, 1st time eating at Sakura, well worth the price. Will definately be visiting in the future.
