Server went above and beyond to try to be accommodating to my husbands need for a carb free meal.
He has the ahi tuna, which was cut way too thick and the sauce was not too flavorful, bummer. He also had grilled calamari, which tasted like it had no seasoning and was cooked in old oil, ew. The portions of ahi tuna and calamari were SO skimpy so we would not order again even if it tasted good, which they didn’t.

I gave 4 stars because I LOVED the cauliflower. Omg the sauce was also delicious and I wish this area of New Mexico and this restaurant had more options similar to this – well cooked flavorful vegetables! And actually healthy food! I also gave a higher rating because of the amazing and patient server and Delicious rainbow cake I had for dessert.

To be fair, 1st time here, and it was the Thanksgiving buffet. So some food wasn't as warm as it could be.
Great service and cool atmosphere.

Too bad the owner decided to advertise their right-wing political opinions in the gift shop attached to the restaurant. My last visit ...

Service was great. The staff was very friendly when we asked to move indoors because we were too cold outside.

However, aside from the excellent calamari, the food was awful. I ordered the New York strip steak and my wife ordered the lemon chicken. My steak was SO tough it was like chewing gum. I literally couldn't eat it. I was so embarrassed about having to spit my food into my napkin. Eventually I gave up eating it. Even if it were edible, it was not served warm and it didn't taste like anything. My wife's chicken was dry, but edible. And both our potatoes were grainy.

We are good sports and were able to laugh about the experience, but the food was not worth the price tag and we wouldn't recommend it.

Visited for the first time & I loved it!! The two ladies working were sweet & helpful with my questions about the menu. I recommend the Chips & Chicharrones with queso, salsa & guac. And the spicy margarita was delish! 😋

Salud catered our wedding cocktail hour and dinner buffet, and it was great! Service and event coordinator (Russell) were great, and Russell was very helpful in determining how much food we would need and working with us on specific things we wanted for the buffet, as well as ensuring there was food for all of our guests with dietary restrictions. The food was delicious, and we got lots of compliments from our guests! The only thing I would improve is that I wish the hot-holding dishes were a bit more fancy (they were the disposable ones with foil tops) but I also didn't really ask if they have other options or look into renting our own. The food is good enough I don't think anyone cared. Thank you!!

Food was not good. Had the smothered steak which was a store bought chicken fried steak with shredded cheese headed up in a microwave. Eggs were supposed to be over medium but we're over hard. My daughter ordered chiliquiles the chips were stale little to no sauce or cheese. The green Chile pesto was ok and the corn ribs were good but for $16 there was only maybe a corn on the the cob and a half. Food quality for the price is ridiculous.
