I got a chicken Milanesa but a grilled(boiled not grilled) chicken burrito that tasted rancid and overstuffed with rice, I put it where it belonged in the trash.

The burritos are always excellent!! The grillers are fast, friendly, and polite!! The burritos are also very generously sized. I have tried several of their burritos and I have not had one that I did not like. They have several options to choose from. Pick one from the menu or build your own. They also have bowls and shrimp cocktail.

Customer service really sucks. The lady this morning always has a bad attitude, And this location seems to never have wildfire salsa. Very disappointed with santa fe grill. ?

I have lived here for over ten years now and it used to be a good sandwich now. They had an issue for a while and they took care of it. It went very bad in early February of 2020 when they cleared and fired everyone. I tried and it was fine until May of 2020 as it was plain terrible. I went here in October 2021 and it was better until today. I guess you prefer giving people what they want now as it is worse than ever. I ordered a Ham Egg and Cheese and got whatever he decided. This is very, very bad. Please investigate this store for this location at 3918 West Picacho Avenue in Las Cruces, NM. Please fix it.
