Ordered the 20pc buffalo bites and was told that they didn’t come with ranch. They said it would be .40 because now they charge for ranch. What’s annoying is I gone to another location and they supply the ranch with no extra charge. Was I upset with this apparent change, yes but it didn’t excuse the person who was coming out to the car and just drop the ranch packets in my lap and walking away. It’s always a disservice here. I did a mobile order tonight and some how, I sat in line for 25 mins for 2 drinks. I managed to get not what I ordered. This sonic always has the worse service yet I always keep coming back. Only for its convenience by my house. You all need a new night crew or retraining on all your employees. I pulled back around in a stall and asked if I can get my drinks replaced and the gentleman said I needed to get back in the drive up line and reorder my...read full review
