Do not come here after dark, 02/22/25 11:00pm I received only half of what I paid for. And everything I received was made nasty this was definitely my last time at this sonic after dark

Worse service, drive through could have given. I ordered a route 44 and got a small. Order a small cheddar pepper and mozzarella sticks and didn’t get no ranch or marinara sauce.

Usually never have an issue here but ordered 2, 3 oz queso's and they give 2, 1ounce. Came back to get the correct ones and they give them to me ice cold. Who eats cold queso with food? Am I supposed to go home and warm that up? Spoke with the manager and she didn't seem to care. Do better sonic management, if you hate your job then don't work in the service industry.

The worst experience. We’ve visited two Sonic’s in the last month and both were horrible. We ordered our stuff In advance of arrival. It said to arrive at 8:26pm. We got there a couple minutes early and then waited 30 minutes for our three things to come out. When we called from the bay we were at they said… sorry we’re going as fast as we can. I felt bad because they were understaffed so that’s a management issue but still a bad customer experience.

Went to Sonic drive thru this evening food was cold soggy and fries had been as if they cooked them hours ago. Don't waste your money here if I could give zero stars I would.

They are as timely as the company allows when ordering from the app. It’s just that they dont really start your order as soon you do it through the app, they start when you check in. That could be better and streamlined. Food is 95% perfect. A few times I ordered a shake it was too runny and not as thick as I wanted and was not really blended well with the flavoring. But all in all a good sonic location to eat from.
Very consistent in all aspects from ordering, food delivery, and food. Also, the workers are very good as they just do not throw food in the bag but meticulously stack and put condiments in a logical manner. That is Attention to detail....Bravo team Sonic....! Whether it be thru drive thru or parking at the stalls you beat the other fast food chains as your burgers do not leave a greasy mess or drippings like other burgers....and not to mention fries and my fave tater tots. Not overly salted...

I always use the Sonic app when coming to this location because ordering there takes forever all of the time. But recently ordering on the app ahead of time doesn’t even help with the timing of when the food comes out. Every other location is much, much, better than the Las Cruces Main location.

If you have an extra 20 minutes to spare to get cold tots, and drinks so bad they’re not consumable then go to this place that apparently has no oversight whatsoever. Or go outside and set fire to a 20 because that is a better use of your money
