Both me and my son ordered online orders. The order was to be ready at 5:45. Pulled up to stall 14. Checked in at 5:42. I was picking up both of our orders so I kept pushing the red button. No response, by 6:03 no order came after multiple times pressing the red button. I went around to the drive thru. Stated Thai was there to pick up 2 orders for both of us. I moved up to the pickup window. Only my order was ready and they stated that only my order was ordered. I showed her my son receipt, which he texted me. Then they said only one order was paid for. I disagreed and brought up my bank account with both charges, as I paid for both of them. They continued, even after proof was submitted. My food was really cold by then so I asked for a refund, which said they couldn’t do. I would have to call the local corporate office. Got the manager name and her name. Before I left she said “now you can leave. BYE! What is the world coming too. No manners, respect or any idea how to do business. Last time I go to Sonic.

Always a cold burger at Sonic, why??? Try next door at Blakes for a much better burger. Oh yeah, keep your doors locked and watch your six while you wait for the carhop or use the drive-thru, the zombies are lurking.

Pulled into a stall pressed the red button to order waited for 15 minutes no one came on to take my order so I left and went to a better establishment. It wasn't very busy only a few other vehicles in stalls and no line at the drive thru. Definitely will not be going to this Sonic ever again. Would rather give it a negative 5 stars.

Don’t ever use the stalls they say they got glitch and don’t work according to the staff so they didnt bring my food out I had to go to the window to get it it fixed then on top of that they have this guy that Sprays the floor but he will spray your car too knowing I just washed my car I will never be back here it’s always one thing after another I thought maybe they are having a bad day but every time I go they have the worst service

The shakes 🍨are the best among fast food restaurants 🌟 I tried all their shakes in the past 10 years, the size is bigger than others, there are a lot best flavors- turtle pecan, pineapple……🌟 4. For burgers 🍔, classic ones are the best! 🌟 5. 💵Sonic still has its good price nowadays! 🌟

Been here quite a bit the past year and you always seemingly have to wait 5+ mins to put in your order no matter how busy. They dont mix the drinks or the blasts anymore either, they just put vanilla ice cream in a cup and the “mix-ins” on top. Stopped coming here bc I waited 20 mins, pressed the button multiple times and was never reached. This has happened in multiple of their stalls this was the 4th time its happened here

We always buy from here this time not good at all especially the green chili cheeseburger look like they sold us a old Burger all soggy old bread old lettuce I don't think that green chili was even that good it looked old it was a mess I wouldn't even feed it to my dog ended up throwing it away a waste of time if that was the case I would have just gone to Blake's Lotaburger next door pretty pathetic not very happy just to let the manager know and whoever else sees this
