they stopped taking apple pay in the app and stopped taking tap to pay in the drive thru
Every time we come by for a late night snack or for some shakes, they never disappoint, definitely one of our favorite to go spots.

30 minutes to receive my order, very bad service!
Unfortunately the system was down again... Keeping members from using the app or their discounts... It's getting frustrating paying full price when the company offers discounts and rewards... And you consistently have to pay full price when you go out for a treat...

Took 15 minutes for 2 Drinks Never Coming To This Place Again
App is hard too use at times or just doesn't work. Burgers are hit and miss. Drinks are always great.service has never been rude .it would be kool if sonic expanded their out of car enjoy your food there in a nice clean larger area with misters maybe something like a large patio.maybe in front of the store extend too incorporate twi stalls with more tables

I can only rate service because I have been at this Sonic twice and I have waited 15 minutes for someone to answer the red button. It does say the red button has been activated. Not giving a third try

Took my kids for some slusshies. Our usual, we ordered 2 L Strawberry Limeade 🍓 they were color green and little pieces of strawberry. And then I also ordered a strawberry cream slush. There was no slush, all ice cream and didn't even taste like strawberry. So disappointed. I would like to get my drinks done correctly.

After 30+ years going to this Sonic on El Paseo, the current management have decided to charge for sauces with the chicken strips. After spending $13 on strips, a drink, and a tip, no I will not be spending another $1 or $2 on the dipping sauce that should be included. None of the other restaurants we use charge for sauces that should come with chicken unless you want extra.

Upon getting our drinks in a carrier last night my boyfriend immediately felt liquid on his lap. He pulled out a drink and there was a hole on its side with soda flowing out. We pulled over and told an employee who said she would remake it. The liquid kept pooling in his lap and he found another drink with a puncture. The worker was still standing by the window watching soda and water pour all over my car without a second thought. She said she’d remake the entire order but was unapologetic and didn’t care at all.
The GM called me today and basically told me it was impossible they would send out drinks with holes in them… even though our carrier had no holes and we received the order in the carrier. She wouldn’t even let me speak, just kept interrupting me telling me they would never do that.
Disgusting customer service.
Edit: a few days after I made a corporate complaint about the GMs behavior, I got a call from her saying she spoke to the area supervisor, Eddie, who told her to allow me to get my car detailed and bring them the receipt for reimbursement.
While I appreciate the gesture, I never once asked for any type of compensation for my car. My initial and second complaint to corporate were about the treatment I received from the employees and the GM. I will not be taking the offer because it was never about money.
While it is appreciated, I’d prefer this be a learning opportunity for the GM and her employees to treat human beings as such, and be able to take accountability.
