Ordered $8.34 of food, but they charged me $ 27.37 I called and told them and they refused to correct it. So I had to call Regional Director. Plus several times I have received chili dogs that were barely cooked. One time was on Christmas and I was the only customer so it’s not like they were being rushed to get the food out the door !! Evelyn is always rude!!

You owe me tater tots they took forever and were cold only mobile ordering it's night with a long line so I wanted to call while there but no it's the damn messaging center and the spots where I could talk are taken so I have to wait in line with 5+ cars for them giving me cold food I want a remake damn it zero stars if I could give them

I get y'all are saving money by removing the kiosks and just putting signs with stall numbers for mobile orders. But what if I need ketchup or napkins? Now instead of hitting a button and getting help, I have to exit my vehicle walk tot he door and ask for the sides since the order never comes with them

Waited almost 20 minutes for my meal. When I got to my location I looked at the bag and it had blood on it that dripped down the receipt. A worker probably injured themselves and still made my food 🤮

I was a pain in asking for more limes and cherries 🍒 in my drink, they serviced it well. Made the drink last me all to home. Very grateful for how they assisted us.

Horrible. I was denied the use of the men's room. I had stopped there for breakfast and was going to watch the hot air balloons pass over from the rally today. There is an outdoor sitting area, but not well kept. A worker did offer to let me wash my hands in their sink, but it looked questionable, so I left. Restricting customers from using the restroom isn't an appropriate way to fight the homeless.
