Horrible. I was denied the use of the men's room. I had stopped there for breakfast and was going to watch the hot air balloons pass over from the rally today. There is an outdoor sitting area, but not well kept. A worker did offer to let me wash my hands in their sink, but it looked questionable, so I left. Restricting customers from using the restroom isn't an appropriate way to fight the homeless.

I just went to Valley Sonic and ordered a cheeseburger combo. They gave me a double smash burger w no bottom bun!!! The cardboard container soaked up all the grease. I came home and fed it to my dogs realizing it was raw as f! I donât know why itâs always this location with the laziest employees. I always try and give them the benefit of the doubt.

Now i remember why i never go to sonic. Besides the 600% markup on price, the Shake was more whip topping than ice cream, which is a growing trend among big corp. employees wait all day for a customer. then skimps the customer with whip topping half full in a Shake. And no one can do anything about it.

everytime we come its dead we push button it activates and then nothing we wait for 5 to ten minutes this joint needs to get its act together.

I love Sonic. I love the food. But tonight was not a good experience. The woman who took my order is always kind and has a smile. The food however was thrown together as if they were about to close or simply did not care. The cheeseburger we ordered had cheese on it that wasnât melted, looked as if someone had smashed the burger before hurriedly wrapping it and throwing it into the bag. Our footlong chili dog was put together with 2 hot dog buns which wouldnât have been a problem had everything else not been terrible. Our chili dog, fries and cheeseburger were all luke warm at best. We got one ketchup packet for a large fry. I donât like to complain. Iâve been in the restaurant industry for 15 years. But this was just sad.
