Can't ever get anyone to answer the phone, and "agents" won't return voice message. Stopped by location on New Years Day only to find location closed, despite company's website showing it is open.

This restaurant acted as a venue for a friend, they had a contract and paid ahead of time. This was my friends special day. Les Combs told the groom half an hour before the wedding that they wanted over a thousand extra dollars or else the wedding wasn't going to happen. This additional cost was not a part of the original cost within the contract and the restaurant held the wedding hostage until it was paid. This is not how to do business, they were lucky that someone was able to cover it considering it was already decorated and the food prepared, because again, it was literally right before the wedding was supposed to start. They have still not gotten back to bride on why they charged over a thousand dollars suddenly in over a month.

P.S. On a personal note that was the same with every single guest. They charged over 600 dollars for a cheese board that was the worst board ever. The cheese was dry and awful and included some chocolate chips and a few fruits. The true cost was less than 100 dollars, I truly don't understand how they get away with this as well.

This establishment charged our friends $1100 uncontracred fee less than an hour before their wedding started. There has been no itemized receipt sent in over a month. This is Shady Business Practice. I will never go back unless this is corrected.

I was a part of the Smith-Nesbit wedding party and Les Combes Winery hit the bride and groom with an extra $1000+ charge over their contract 30 minutes before the wedding. The bride and groom are still waiting for an itemized receipt over a month after the wedding. This is unprofessional business practices.

For food, ambiance and service it is a great place to go. For wine quality - not so good. Most of their wines are on the sweet side (which admittedly is somewhat characteristic of the region), even the Merlot and the Cabernet Sauvignon. So, depending on one’s wine expertise and expectations, one may find themselves somewhat disappointed, if expecting classic dry wines.

The food and ambience are good. The service is terrible. We waited 20 minutes at the table before I had to get someone to finally serve us. This is not the first time it's happened. We won't be going back.

Goto place in Las Cruces. Fine Italian food, excellent wine choices, great service and romantic ambience. It's a gem of a place. We went here the weekend before Christmas for dinner. Was well decorated with festive theme. The team managed a full house with ease

I've read it's ranked as being 1 of the top ranked restaurants in the country, yet their prices are reasonable and their food, atmosphere and wait staff are 2nd to none!!!

Enjoyed the Schnitzel. The meal was excellent. I was surprised to find that the meal came with two fairly large pork cutlets. More than I normally eat at one setting, but I ended up taking some of it home. Excellent service as well. I will be back to try the steak fritz, another one of my favorites.

I love the atmosphere of Bistro. All the plants and decor are very nice. It used to be my favorite restaurant in town. Unfortunately the food has deteriorated. Salad was lousy.. Not even enough dressing on it. The waiter took forever to bring more dressing, which actually was thick, and terrible. Also the waiter took forever to bring the wine.
