Don't order from this Starbucks, they make the drinks horribly and they have horrible customer service. I ordered a cappuccino and the cup wasn't even halfway full, the rest was filled with foam that had settled. The cup felt so empty so I told them it wasn't even halfway full, the employees told me they would redo it but I had to wait in the parking lot. When they finally took me my drink of had 1/4 cup of cappuccino and they filled the rest with new foam. It was the same drink because it was cold. I did call the manager to let him know but I also wanted to save people from having the same disappointment I had.
Went this morning on my way to work, and they were not open??? No announcement or anything.
The night staff on the weekends are always very rude & unwelcoming. It seems like they are bothered to have customers because they are in a rush to close the store and get out right at 10pm. The manager Kelly was very rude standing outside of the counter, looking at us and giving dirty looks. I do not recommend this Starbucks. And by the looks of other reviews it seems like the whole store is going downhill. I will not come here again and I will let others know of how rudely we were treated.

A couple of days ago I had gone through the drive thru here and I was ordering my drink like I usually do and the person whom I was speaking to kept trying to tell me that the way I was ordering my drink was too confusing, when I would try to repeat the order in a way that I thought would help them better understand I was then told that I was causing a line to form and that they would just figure it out by the time I got to the pay window. I was then rudely told my total by a girl at the window who proceeded to shut the window after taking my payment and I could see them talking and laughing at me. I have never experienced such hurtful behavior before and once my drink was handed to me it was not up to my standard when I asked for it to be remade since I paid almost $9 for it the girl at the window told me that I would have to wait longer and since I haven’t actually sipped it that their was no way it was made wrong because I never tasted it?? I asked to speak to their store manager and they told me she wasn’t there so I asked for a number and they told me to just call the number on my receipt! Mind you they never even gave me a receipt the girl then proceeded to shut the window and walk away. I drove off after this and cried on my way to work.. words cannot describe how mean these people were to me I will never return to this location again..

Ordered two brown sugar oatmilk shaken espressos WITH vanilla cold foam… imagine my disappointment when I was handed this drink with a DOLLOP of cold foam. I waited to post this because I was not sure if this was just how the cold foam was supposed to look since this is really my first time getting Starbucks in years. I’ve gone to other Starbucks within the time I received this sorry excuse of a drink and they actually had the cold foam I asked and PAID for. Please do better if you’re charging $1.25 for the said cold foam.
I’m so upset to have to rate this place a one star, I was not greeted when I walked in and I was treated with disrespect. All the workers ignored me for about 4 min even though they were all standing talking. I was truly disappointed because once I was helped you could immediately tell the persons demeanor towards me was very hostile… I put my order in then received it but I could just feel how angry the workers were through my drink.. I just wanted to enjoy my day off here and I couldn’t even get a hello? Will not be coming back.

This Starbucks location really stands out for its exceptional customer service. The Ja-ay, Austin and all staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel like a valued customer, which is so awesome while waiting for your morning coffee! Definitely a 5 star location!

Very fast service and just a tip, If you like an americano coffee, Starbucks is better than the one you buy at a gas station, and just for 1 or 2 dollars more.
I went to this Starbucks who was having issues with Apple Pay I normally don’t travel with my cards and rely on Apple Pay but luckily I had one card on me and five dollars in cash that I had planned to use to pay for my order. I received a notification that my card was charged, but the girl at the windows stated that my card was declined to which I then showed her that it had gone through so she walked away and came back with what I’m assuming it was the unprofessional manager they had on duty to which she was telling me that my card had declined, even though I was showing her that it had gone through. She kept demanding another form of payment when I told her that was my form of payment, but now I don’t have it because my card has been charged and she had been told me that it wasn’t charged and there was nothing I could do about it. So here we are 24 hours later and I do have a charge on my card When trying to make contact with the store, I keep getting told that the manager is busy. She can’t come to the phone right now. I don’t live on that side of town so it’s a very big inconvenience when they could’ve simply handled the situation different and apologized since obviously they were having issues with their card readers which is why they weren’t taking Apple Pay. The manager was so rude and sarcastic it was very frustrating over a $6 coffee.

I am deeply disappointed with the repeated poor customer service at this location. In particular, one employee—Robin—has consistently demonstrated behavior that is shockingly unprofessional. On multiple occasions, I have encountered her, and each time she has been dismissive, curt, and unnecessarily rude. This is not a one-off experience but a pattern of conduct that reflects a lack of training, accountability, and respect for customers.
Customer service should be the cornerstone of a company like Starbucks, yet my experiences with Robin make me question whether the management here prioritizes even the most basic standards of hospitality. When a customer feels unwelcome every time they walk through the door, something is fundamentally wrong. If Starbucks wishes to uphold its brand image, it cannot allow employees like this to represent it.
At this point, I would strongly advise others to reconsider patronizing this location until Starbucks addresses its glaring failure in maintaining professional and courteous staff.

I go to Starbucks everyday, I have been a loyal costumer, I get the same drink everyday, usually
It’s good and some days it looks like this and tastes sour, I won’t drink it if so. As soon as they handed the drink out of the window it looked similar to this, I asked them to remake it otherwise, I won’t drink it & it’s a waste of $8. Robin was very rude, having attitude very mad that I asked to have the drink remade, I then said I wanted a refund because she was already altering my day.
She then remade the drink and denied me a refund and she was then still rude saying I’m a reoccurring issue when I only have an issue when she makes the drink. I won’t be going back here, and this is a picture of the second drink She gave me just as bad and sour. Mind you this isn’t my first issue with her, I believe I have had this drink remade about 3 times within a month span of her working there that day and she verbally said, It’s my problem, I have with the drink how she makes it, and she remembered we called or I had my sister walk back in to have it remade and for this exact issue is why I didn’t wanna speak up myself.
