Friendly and helpful barista made my drink in my own cup. One bathroom was out of toilet paper but they restocked right away when brought to their attention. Pleasant outdoor seating and fireplace. Clean and orderly store.
Parking: 30-minute parking spots

We popped in to get a pick me up but mostly my daughter was needing the bathroom after we were showing them around our alma mater. I really had no idea what a I wanted so on a whim I ordered a matcha latte. I completely had forgotten to ask for oat milk. The guy behind the counter was so kind and gracious even though it was my mistake. He had great customer service. Kudos!!

This location has the absolute best customer service out of any Starbucks I have ever been to. Adan and Blue will hopefully get acknowledged for going out of their way for their customers.

Absolutely the slowest starbucks I've ever been to. Just chatting away. TG I don't live near by.

Starbucks is Starbucks, what can you say? I really enjoy the lattes and have stopped ordering food when they discontinued the almond croissants.
The Espina store is the perfect location, a 45 minute walk from my house and a five minute walk for my friend to get to work. Really appreciate Barista Sandra - very personable.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of non-dairy "milk" options.
Parking: Like any other public eatery, the music can sometimes be too loud. Very nice place to sit and visit while having coffee, although parking is marked at 25 minute limit.
Kid-friendliness: I do occasionally see kids here, but doesn't cater to them.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, plenty of room inside to maneuver. Cannot rate restroom from first-hand experience.

Normally they are very good but today the service was absolutely dreadful. Unapologetically so until I reminded them of their poor service and lack of courtesy.
Great atmosphere. A++

I ordered one drink and it took 26-30 minutes to receive it. there were 4-5 batistas and zero customers/ zero line. they make the better drinks compared to other locations in the area but waiting 26-30 minutes for one drink when they aren't busy is ridiculous

Very strange location. This place is located at a corner. You have to park in what looks like a back alley.—— Scooty was THE ONLY WORKER who was friendly and attentive. Scooty was taking orders and making drinks and greeting people as they walked in, The so-called leaders of the store were quite the opposite. They were engrossed in their little shift change dialogue and forgetting WHY THEY ARE THERE.
