So good but part of the matcha wasn’t mixes in and there was just wet matcha powder but other than that it’s a really great drink

Starbucks on Lohman Ave *usually* gives fine service and the staff are *usually* very helpful But we arrived on a Thursday just after noon in Jan 2026 and were told there was NO COFFEE. (They were cleaning the coffee machine with no backup! 😖) While receiving that bad news, my wife opted for a couple of unheated pastries instead. We had to wait 10 minutes to be handed two, pre-bagged, unheated pastries that cost $9. 🤬

Placed a mobile order here a couple days and it was so good! I loved the little note that was left on my cup too I wish I could’ve snapped a picture to post it! Also though I really appreciated being welcomed in I was having such a rough week and I just felt so seen I had come in around the morning close to noonish. I will definitely be coming back here for sure.

1-24-26 8:18 pm walked into the store and was not greeted. When I went to the counter to place my order for a venti matcha latte add chai and no ice I was informed by the guy that they couldn’t do that and asked if I wanted to add lite ice? I specifically asked for no ice so I don’t get why they just can’t make the drink. So we politely declined and left. Never have I ever been told at any Starbucks that I can’t order how I want. Do better and train your staff on how to make drinks.

The gentleman at the window is always super nice and personable, but to the person who brought out my drink her demeanor was not very nice. I asked for a remake because it was hunter green color. I like matcha but not over powering matcha. This location for some reason just never gets it right it’s like they over scoop the matcha. I’ve had to ask for several remakes. I have been going to other locations and they make it correctly every time, but Lohman location just always fails me. This was a second remake and I don’t ever complain but when I pay almost $9 just for a drink I would like to enjoy it. This Starbucks always disappoints.

Today I went inside to get a drink & was completely ignored for about 5 min. After order, took another 5 plus mins. I was the only one inside but drive thru busy. Really!

For the service being so long you would think the drinks would reflect the wait. Unfortunately that’s not the case here because this is the second time the customer service was non existent. One of the worst drinks I’ve ever gotten from a Starbucks besides the first time I made the mistake the first time around. I would appreciate a refund if at all possible because drink was so bad.
