I am giving 5 stars for? The employees! Along those lines? Managers? Give them at least time-and-a-half on Easter!! They didn't get it. Not. Okay. Spread the word - I told them to all strike. (This is coming from someone with an active Federal lawsuit against LCPS.) And, no... YOU'RE awesome! 🤍

Me and my friend came in to sit. The workers were busy handing the customers as It only has been a MINUTE we were interrupted by one of the workers with a pony tail working on online drinks at 6:30 or so . She pressured us on ordering something when we weren’t ready yet and threatened to kick us out. She didn’t approach us nicely or anything. She was rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t even stop harassing us. I had to order a drink with a different worker cause the girl ignored me and made me feel disrespected. Never rude to her but you come to work to treat customers with respect. I don’t care how bad your day is never take ur anger on others.

Rude. I went inside today. They were no busier than usual, and certainly did not appear to be. But they were not overly interested in helping either, I was the only one inside the store. I have stopped before and the barista at the window was nice that one time, hence the two stars otherwise I would’ve left it at one. They told me to try a different Starbucks further down, and that one was far better. Service, wise, environment, location, inside appearance, and availability of products. I’d suggest going down Telshor to the other location, going to Dutch Brothers, or Dunkin’ Donuts. Good location, sure, but, there are plenty of other options and perhaps they should train on better customer service.

Staff is pretty incompetent and lack of prioritization. Ordered a drink in a can and two scones. All of which are already made. No heating up required, ordered it because it was quick. Had me wait 10 min to make other drinks instead of grabbing it and letting me go on my way. Didn’t ask for a name for my order and had me wait at the waiting bay even tho they were never planning on calling it out. I understand that there’s other tickets in the window but I chose these items for expediency. Also if you have all the staff on online/drive through orders then maybe you should hire at least one staff for the customers inside. 🙄

What more can I say than it's just a good starbucks location and its the only one in town open till 11pm. The only reason I'm noting 3 stars for the atmosphere is because I haaaaaaaaaate the drive-through. It's lands in front of an exit to a very busy main road. As well as the entrance to a restaurant across the way. So, sometimes people are waiting to exit and not waiting in line, which causes the line to back up. Other times, people will cut the line by trying to enter via the Apple bees entrance. On the worst days, it's both.
