Staff was very rude. Usually I place a mobile order and go through the drive thru no problems but today I went after placing my mobile order and was met with rude staff. She stated that it was a new policy that mobile orders get bumped to the bottom and that I would have to wait 10 minutes for one coffee. I would understand if the store was busy but at the time I was there, there was only two cars in front of me at the drive thru and only a few people in the store. I felt that this was ridiculous and the person working the drive thru was just being rude about it and telling me the same thing as if I was a child not understanding. I had gotten really upset but kept calm and asked for a refund since 10 minutes for one drink is outrageous. I don’t think that I will be back to that location due to the rude staff. If I would’ve just ordered in the drive thru and scanned my app instead then I would’ve definitely gotten my order way faster than 10 minutes which is really dumb.

I used to love this location but the quality and customer service has really went downhill. I used to never have issues here or how they made my drinks. Now it seems like everytime I order something is always wrong with my drink. Then half the time they get an attitude with you when you bring it up to them or want to deny they made it incorrectly. 😡 I'm over this place

Can't really say anything negative about these stores besides bloody good job, they are fast and delicious every time I go thru the drive thru. Environment is peaceful, and the smell of fresh coffee feels the room as you sit down, to enjoy your time of peace.

Worst location, consistently low in stock, serve hot beverages cold, lack luster service. Take your money elsewhere, like Milagro! Or any number of locally owned coffee shops that know service and their products very well. And where employees are taken care of.

The baristas are always kind and patient but it seems like new leadership in the last year or so has made getting coffee here very difficult. Mobile orders are always closed, or missing MOST of their things. Like pumpkin spice will be “out” the day after it’s released, but they still have it in person. I know mobile orders must be overwhelming but hire more staff. Every single time im inside these days theres a long line of frustrated people waiting. Other Starbucks seem to handle the same amount of customers pretty well.

Mobile order is down every other day. When it gets too busy, they just turn it off / say they’re out of everything. It didn’t used to be like this and it’s gotten gradually worse.

Came here 2 days in a row, both days placed a small order online before arriving to the store. Waited about 20 minutes for my order each day. If I had gone through the drive thru it would have been about 5 minutes instead. They seem to just prioritize the drive thru even if you place an order before. 20 minutes (+ time before arriving to store after placing online order) for a croissant thats not even warmed up is absurd.

Going to Starbucks now a days is painful. With more options to order, the staff is overwhelmed. A simple drink order when you walk in takes 20+ minutes to fulfill. I ordered some coffees for my colleagues. The drive through wrapped around the parking lot, so I went inside.

I ordered 4 drinks. 3 standard coffee were given to me first and the latte took addition 20 minutes, at least. All the other coffees were cold by the time I got my full order. I didn’t get a receipt, so I could not easily as the manager about it. I didn’t think I will be back anytime soon.

Question, with online and delivery orders why is it acceptable that no employee ask if someone's ben helped. As a delivery driver we seem to be the scum of the earth, I mean I'm the customers liaison, why should I be treated as an inconvenience? I'm sure everyone has an assigned job but a simple, have you been helped? Or whose order are you waiting for? Nothing 5 different employees put orders in the pick up area and made it a p I int to not make eye contact. Where is the customer service beyond the register?
