Ive come to this location almost every single day since May of this year and so far I have mixed reviews. When it comes to my orders, they are typically on point & I’ve never had an issue with a “bad drink”. On the other hand, the customer service and attitudes can be a little on the flip side. Majority of the staff I’ve encountered have been phenomenal with their customer care and service but there has been some where I felt almost “dismissed” or as if the employee did not feel like working that day. Sometimes I’ll go to this location multiple times in a day and get different reactions from the employees each time which makes you feel like you’re on eggshells before you even get to the drive thru window. I’m someone who matches your energy so if you give me a distasteful attitude, it’ll be reciprocated back to you with grace. Overall, this is a great location, it just needs a little bit of work on how to provide better customer care.

The drive through is faster than mobile order. My mobile order took 23 minutes, meanwhile I sat there and watched car after car get their orders via the drive through. When I requested a refund because I wasn’t willing to wait any longer, it was confirmed by the cashier that they have a “new system where other orders are prioritized first.” That new system is garbage. Never again, Starbucks. I will be switching to Dutch Bros.

Staff was very rude. Usually I place a mobile order and go through the drive thru no problems but today I went after placing my mobile order and was met with rude staff. She stated that it was a new policy that mobile orders get bumped to the bottom and that I would have to wait 10 minutes for one coffee. I would understand if the store was busy but at the time I was there, there was only two cars in front of me at the drive thru and only a few people in the store. I felt that this was ridiculous and the person working the drive thru was just being rude about it and telling me the same thing as if I was a child not understanding. I had gotten really upset but kept calm and asked for a refund since 10 minutes for one drink is outrageous. I don’t think that I will be back to that location due to the rude staff. If I would’ve just ordered in the drive thru and scanned my app instead then I would’ve definitely gotten my order way faster than 10 minutes which is really dumb.
