Can't really say anything negative about these stores besides bloody good job, they are fast and delicious every time I go thru the drive thru. Environment is peaceful, and the smell of fresh coffee feels the room as you sit down, to enjoy your time of peace.
So at around 7pm at the Sonoma location I ordered my drink completely forgetting I’m allergic to milk. I let the two girls working know and they were the absolute best!! Joking around they substituted the milk for oat milk. I truly appreciate their customer service and a good laugh!! ???
I'm originally from Seattle. I've been to the first Starbucks and many more around the world. I don't drink coffee but I like the chai frappuccino, hot chocolates and a few of their treats. I go to them because no matter which Starbucks you go to, they are very consistent.
