We were shopping near the dairy case and i was telling my boyfriend how the starbucks on Lohman suddenly charges for cream whe Andrew came ove(he works at the starbucks)and very politely said"i can make your cream here in our cafe i use heavy whip and vanilla sweetend syrup he was so kind!! He also said he would love for us to try any Starbucks drink they have he even mentioned in detail some of the popular drinks he deserves a good excellent review for kindness and taking the time to make our shopping experiences better Andrew i hope you see this your Amazing!!
Parking: Lot is in need of paving lots of potholes and loose asphalt.
Kid-friendliness: Most of the time when we shop at this location kids seem to always have a frapachino or cake pop

Alyssa it is. I gave her a 2nd try. Rude, just ignored me this morning. I asked for a lemon loaf & she rudely told me all that is in the window showcase is all she has. I ordered a mango dragonruir lemonade. The 1st was clearly water/coconut water she looked at it took & tossed. I then watched her remake & she pulled the lemonade from the behind other mixes they use from little fridge. I knew there was no lemonade in my drink. Well I tasted it in my car & she must have just put a slight drop of lemonade 🤦♀️😬😡 Why hire these employees that don't have customer service!

There were two male baristas working there today and both of our expensive drinks did not come out correctly. I asked for no whip so after they took the whip off, they topped it off with milk, it was the milk, white chocolate mocha ever.

Apparently this location falls under licensed-✝️✝️✝️Yes, we caught you disrespecting Las Cruces.“All Starbucks are either company owned, which is almost all of them, or else they're “licensed” locations, which are the Starbucks in airports, supermarkets, etc.. Licensed locations use their own employees and their own equipment”.⭐️⭐️Great service by barista, cold brew not available ever (although cold brew is advertised on the menu and on the highlighted grande boards, also unable to receive stars by scan.Told by 1-800 Starbucks rep that this location is not a participating Starbucks location to redeem stars.Avoid this location until they are onboard with the corporate philosophy.
Parking: A designated Starbucks parking area or a drive through would be a convenient way to frequent this location.

I recently decided to start going to the Starbucks inside this Albertsons and I’m quite surprised how well the coffee is made the workers are very friendly and take the time to make it right. Would highly recommend this location over drive throughs.
