I’m truly disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. When I pulled into the drive-through, it took over five minutes just for someone to greet me. After finally placing my order, I was excited to enjoy my sandwich, but when I got back to work, I was met with a big letdown. My sandwich was overloaded with onions and relish—neither of which I ordered. It was so unappetizing that even my coworkers wouldn’t touch it. It breaks my heart to say this, but I had to throw away a whole sandwich. I ended up getting lunch somewhere else.. I hope Subway can improve their service and attention to detail because this experience was a real letdown. I’m very and extremely disappointed in Subway.

Absolutely horrible! I went in with $6.99 foot long app coupon. It stated four locations participating, Foothills being one of them. The coupon states in fine print in person ordering show coupon. The worker had no clue about the coupon, wouldn’t honor it. Said it was for online only, which it does state in person ordering show coupon. She also stated it only at 2 locations, when I checked it showed multiple, when we looked in store again it showed one location. For me, it turned into a principal issue. A foot long was made and I walked out. I’ve stayed away from Subway for years, now this happens. I’ll stick with Dion’s and Jimmy John’s.** Update-Additional photos provided **
