i placed an online order today @3:35 and this is the first subway i’ve been to that has gotten my order right, i have been to multiple different subways in lubbock none got them right, went to 2 different subways here in las cruces not including this one and they still didn’t get them right, but the lady working today did it perfectly and even accommodated for my special request to toast the chicken twice, thank u so much to the lady working today give her a raise or something

I waited 20 mins past my pick up time for the clerk to be so dam rude. I would suggest owners close this location if one person in the whole store has to wait twenty mins for a online order and to be treated so badly

Through the years I have eaten at many Subway restaurants in many different cities and states. To the local franchise owner: the food quality was poor to bordering on rancid. One bite and the sandwich went in the trash on BOTH sandwiches. Quality is really missing here at this unit. This was my second attempt at Subway in Las Cruces and this was the worst. The first was not much better. I won't stop at informing others including corporate supervision for franchise operations. I am certain they would not stomach a horrible offer under the "fresh," banner. Shameful quality control led to an unacceptable product.

girls on duty just already seemed annoyed when we walked in. They have us the wrong bread to begin with , added a lot of mustard to both of my sandwiches when it was not asked for and didn’t offer to fix the mistake just made us feel bad for saying that we never asked for mustard to begin with. we had a total of 3 sandwiches, drinks, and chips and watched us struggle carry all of if without even offering a bag. overall bad service. on top of that they’re turning off they’re open signs as we sat down to eat when it’s only 6 o clock and they close at 9

This is the trashiest subway in town for sure. The employees are very rude. You can tell they don’t keep the place up at all. Stuff is always broken. The drive thru is always not working.
This most recent time I went in and the AC was broken. The meat and veggies were warm despite not being toasted.
