I admittedly showed up somewhat late, 9:10pm when they close at 9:30pm. We had just gotten in town from a road trip and my kids wanted a sandwich instead of greasy fast food. When I entered the building there was a girl making a sandwich for another customer. I walked up to the counter to wait my turn when a skinny guy came around the corner looking like he just smoked some meth, he mumbled an incoherent statement I could barely understand, I asked him to repeat himself and what I got from his drivle was that he had already closed the register so he couldnt ring me up. I get a few minutes maybe but of your open until 930, your open until 930. Twenty minutes is absurd. I pointed at the guy in front of me and the girl who seemed very nice and not on drugs, said they asked him to pay previous to making his sandwich. I never expect much from subway but this was ridiculous ?

Absolutely disgusting experience the workers were extremely rude I understand working with the public is hard but these people have no class or decorum outside of that everything about my order was WRONG! and when I asked for my sandwich to be remade they REFUSED don't waste your money!!!

We ordered inside the store and went back to the hotel to eat. Big mistake. It was around 7:00 pm. Another family was eating in the restaurant. We ordered 3-6" subs. Two of the subs had minimal meat (and the meat was prepackaged). I ordered the philly, and it was tasteless. The tomatoes looked fantastic, but they were dry and had no taste. The only thing that was good were the 4 pickles. My wife ordered a chicken avocado sandwich, but they forgot the avocado and tried to add it after everything else, so it was mostly put in 2 places, not the whole sandwich. If we had eaten in the store, they would have either remade them or given us our money back. I have never paid so much to get so little. We won't stop at this Subway ever again. If the minmal meat is now standard, I will not eat there again. The clerks were pleasant, the sandwiches I couldn't say enough bad about them.

I was assisted by an employee named “ Tony”, he was extremely rude and seemed like he did not want to work there, he also rushed through my order. I’ve also heard one of the customers got food poisoning from the “BMT” sandwich, I would not recommend buying from this location.

Best subway. Been eating here for 16 years. Love it. I'll drive clear across town just to get to this one. I just feel bad for the workers, this is the only subway in town that has a drive thru. I think it's more of a pain and frustration for the in house guests especially the workers as well. If they can keep 2 or 3 dedicated workers in front. 1 for the breads, 1 for the veggies and 1 for cashing out customers. Then 1 more dedicated to just drive thru they wouldn't get overwhelmed and the customers wouldn't get frustrated during rush hour. The gentleman working there currently, whom I believe is the manager is doing an amazing job running his crew and making his customers happy. Thank you so much for the awesome service, all of you there at the subway on Valley Dr. You all rock!!!

So incredibly rude! We went through the drive thru. When we got to the order menu there were no other vehicles in the parking lot nor could we see anyone in the dining room. There was one person at the drive thru window. We were asked to hold for 2 minutes before they took our order. 6 minutes later she came back and took our order. We got up to the window and she took my card to charge us and closed the window. 4 - 5 minutes later she came back with my card and receipt. We then waited another 14 minutes for our sandwiches. During all the wait times no one said a word to us! A “sorry about the wait” or “it is going to be a little bit longer than expected” would have made ALL the difference! A young guy finally came to give us our order and I asked why it had taken so long. He said it was because there were people inside and when I pointed out that there hadn’t been anyone when we first got there his response was an extremely condescending apology. His tone and manner were juvenile and petty. I’ve noticed that the service is generally slow at that location but the employees have always been nice and taken a second to explain any delay. This employee was disrespectful and rude.

Rude, bordering on hostile service. The Subway app offers are not honored at the location. If a customer makes any type of error on their app their attitude is " you made a mistake, and we are obligated to help you with it". The manager is indifferent, and could care less about customers. This is not the type of business that deserves your patronage.
