The lady working tonight gave the guy in front of me attitude when he just wanted a regular amount of mayo... she then made my sandwich with the crustiest, most dried out bread I've ever gotten before. Literally half my bread crumbled off. I could barely eat it, as it basically fell apart around my meat and lettuce. Worst Subway sandwich ever...

Very sad that the travel center employees have to open the restaurant when it's not even their job. Rosie was her name. Very kind and empathetic to the fact that the Subway employees are never on time. Who is the franchise owner here? Would be nice to discuss this matter with them. I'll forward partnership concerns to PFJ corporate as well so they can rethink their business relationship with this franchisee.

the store said it closed at 10 pm however we stoped in at 9:35 and the worker was on her phone around all of the food, while also pulling the cold food out. she was rude and short. she said they were closed and when I said the sign says the close at 10 she rudely said “yeah I closed at 9:30 because I have to be back here at 6:30” and rolled her eyes at. poor service but obviously can’t speak on the food because they didn’t serve us since they closed early.

Bought a 12 inch sandwich ? i asked the lady why is the bread so light no color to it she said that the oven was not working right i said ok I still oder it but big mistake the bread was not fully cooked first bit i tasted the uncooked dough what i don't understand why are you still selling sandwiches when the bread is not fully cooked ?
They ran out of meat. How is it possible that a sandwich store runs out of meat? And what was most irritating was that the employees wanted me to go somewhere else. I had already ordered and payed online. The most helpful these employees were, was to give me strep by step instructions in how to cancel my order. They put in a lot of work to get me to go somewhere else. It was so inconvenient and frustrating.

Ordered a Flatbread with Cheesesteak meat. Meat was chewy. Sandwiches from Subway havs become smaller over the years. And I would equate this location which is inside a truck station to the same as buying sushi from a gas station.
