My stepdad went to go get us tacos. I had ordered the party pack of SOFT BEEF WITH NO LETTUCE, and mild sauce. instead they gave me semi hard shelled beef tacos, every single one of the bottoms was torn. I don't know what is going on with these crunchy tacos but only the tops are crunchy. my taco just falls apart. I spend 20 bucks on something that did not make me happy. I don't know how hard it is to make 20 soft tacos and not hard shell and do your job. This just happened tonight but a half hour ago when the order was taken

I usually enjoy this Taco Bell and I go multiple times a week and I have never had any problems, however, the last two times I’ve gone I ordered seven layer burritos and I had to throw them away because the rice was not cooked. It wasn’t just firm. it was hard and crunchy and I had to throw my burritos away on two separate occasions.

This was the worst experience by far that I've ever had with Taco Bell at this location. I got my food cold, had soggy chips in my nachos, and waited well over 20 minutes longer than the estimated time for my order to be ready. When I addressed the issue with the manager named Brenda, she was really rude and refused to remake my order forcing me to eat a cold meal and let's not forget, soggy chips. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

The drive thru seems to be ran by AI, but was pretty quick and easy. This is the first time I've ran into an AI taking my order, but my order was correct the first time and I wasn't waiting in line for countless minutes. I'd say it was a good experience.

Placed an order online. Picked it up got all the way home and found out they didn’t give us all our items. I called the store and the lady said she would put it on the “list” what a joke! Went today to pick it up and first the lady argued with me about how long a month was, then she said well it doesn’t matter because you only had a week to pick it up. We don’t live in town so I made it back as soon as I could still 3 days before it would have been a month. The staff is just rude! We were ordering about 1-2 times a month, but we won’t be back! Wendy’s is cheaper and better anyways! If you go here good luck getting what you paid for!

Stopped in late for a quick bite. It's was about 945. We dine in so we were giving til 1015 to eat.. anything After that we were going to get kicked out. So give yourself enough time to eat if your going to dine in to avoid the situation.. other then that food was served with a smile.

On 6/28/25 my daughter ordertfrom the kiosk nachos Bell grande pintos and cheese and six bean burritos there was no tomatoes on the nachos bell grande the burritos had no cheese no onions no red sauce this was a to go order when we got home and saw this I called it rang about 20 times and stopped then it was busy I contacted them on Thursday talked to a mgr explained what happened she acted like she couldn’t find the order to bad so sad we won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell again. So sad.
