They didn’t have large or medium sized cup so you got a small with your order at the same price. And the night time manager was very rude about it.

I was out running errands when my wife texted me that she wanted Taco Bell. I can’t eat Taco Bell myself, something about the cooking oil they use makes me sick every time I try their food…
At any rate I thought a quick trip through the drive thru and I’d be on my way. Well that wasn’t going to happen as there were seven vehicles ahead of me but only a couple of cars in the parking lot so I elected to go inside and order BIG MISTAKE…
Entering the store I see several people milling around the counter apparently waiting for their orders. I approached the register to order but no one would acknowledge my presence which was kind of annoying. I asked loud enough that several employees behind the counter could hear me that I’d like to place an order. The response was dumbfounding, “We’re not allowed to take your order, you have to order from that kiosk behind you”. Ok, so the drive thru was backed up till next Tuesday, there were a half dozen people waiting patiently for their orders and I was directed to order on a touch screen that I discovered is not user friendly…
Taco Bell must be having financial difficulties if they can’t even hire competent people to take orders but instead offload that job to the customer. I don’t know what they’d do if I wanted to pay in cash and had change due. Oh wait todays younger generations don’t know how to make change…
What would a homeless person do as most likely their only option to purchase would be with the use of old fashioned cash. Unless they are living in their vehicle and possibly had a debit card they’re out of luck. But perhaps this is the real reason behind the change at Taco Bell. In any case I’ll never eat at a Taco Bell again…
Just wait, perhaps in the future you’ll have to place the order on the kiosk, then cook your own meal, package it up and then pay for the experience. Taco Bell gives new meaning to the term “Self Service”

Horrible. I ordered a tostada and this what they gave me. Everyone around me started to laugh that’s how bad it was. No meat in the taco I ordered either. Horrible.

Some people are nice ,others don't.. they don't even say " Welcome " like most fast food places do, They always give my mom her coffee COLD and fries too then give us ugly looks just because our food is cold or isn't right.
And The food was bad :/

I'm not sure what's going on at taco bell. My husband went in to order a drink and a single taco and ended up waiting close to an hour for it. In the end we canceled the order. The other people waiting inside were also apparently waiting for as long if not longer. It appeared they were solely focused on getting the drive through orders even if they ordered after those inside. In the end no customer service provided. Almost an hour... for a drink. Disappointing.

After seeing an ad on TV. I was anxious to stop by and order the 7-Lux dinner. After ordering I waited a few minutes and my order was ready. I was surprised how I was given my order. I thought how quick it was done. I was disappointing that both tacos were soggy. Apparently the the dinner was already pre-made and waiting for a customer. In short it was not made to order. But rather made to stock. Don't think I'll return. I was very disappointed.
