Rice is hard as a rock... which is disgusting. Especially considering how hard it is to mess up at taco bell as a cook. Everything is premade and yall just reheat it from the bags it comes in...

I feel bad because im a vegetarian so I have a pretty complicated order and I go there a lot and have the same order so today I placed the order I usually make and there was nothing wrong or bad with the burrito there just wasn't any rice so I called and asked if there was anything i could do the girl I spoke with was very nice and understanding her name was Vanessa and whenever I came and picked up my order they gave me a free cinnamon twist!! Not to mention my order was made at 10:28 but I couldn't eat until like 12:00 and they were still able to help me out very nice workers thank you guys! 😁

Addie in drive thru was absolutely sweet. She really made me and my daughters day. Any bit of kindness can really change someone's day ❤️ I did and online order and everything was freshly made and ready for when I went to pick up. My whole order was correct! Thanks again. Addie!

I ordered two family 12 packs tonight and the young lady at the drive through was very rude. The tacos had very little meat. This was definitely not worth the $46.47 I spent !

This place disappoints me 9/10. I do uber as a side job and i actively stay away from this place even if i see multiple high paying orders come from here. Im trying to make some money however 10+ people can come after me and im still waiting for my order. Theyre good at the drive thru and pushing the people paying inside but if you do door dash or uber id highly recommend not waiting 40+ minutes for simple or even bigger orders. You can get more out of not coming here at all. The staff night staff is even worse till the lobby closes and theyre forced to serve you when youre in the drive thru

Horrible service, expensive, and gangster rap coming from the kitchen. 18 dollars for a 3 taco combo and a Mexican Pizza. All was cold and looked thrown together. Multiple drive through orders came in for missing items as I waited for my order. Skip this Taco Bell!
