This is the best food truck in Las Cruces so far. We’ve ordered buche, al pastor, mar y tierra, carne asada tacos. We’ve also had their tortas and elote. Pretty good. No complaints so far. There is a wait time so be prepared for that.

There is enough parking and mostly everyone waits in there car for there order. Saturday is preety full can take up to 30-40 minutes for food. Friendly and patient as we were new we didn't know what to order. Has tables where you can sit outside , they have glass sodas and aguas frescas like horchata. Ordered a Burrito with chile relleno and shrimp first the burrito was big and it was so tasteful did not disappoint ! next time I need to try there Gobernadores tacos! Family tried asada tacos they loved that it didn't have a lot of fat and enough meat in each taco for tortilla size. Al pastor burrito was also really good with red sauce that is on point! Ok let me go finish eating my big burrito from last night go order yours

Worst service ever I order a order of Tacos of tripas they we're burn and I asked for my order to be remake that I would pay for it lady refure to make my order worst service ever never been treated like this before

Placed an order for three sets of tacos, gave my phone number and was advised they would call when it’s ready. They called and said order was ready so we headed back. However, upon arriving to pick up the order, I was told my order had been given to someone else and not to worry because they called the person and that person was on the way back with our order. Highly disappointed in that response as I don’t know anyone who would be okay with eating food that a stranger had already taken with them. Although the food was remade after we requested it, we will not be coming back again as this has left a sour taste in our mouth.also the fact that they had raw meat on the sink , as well as getting raw beef patties out of their trunk, yes at first I thought oh there’s ice in there but when they got closer to us there was no ice just uncooked meat in the trunk…

Carne asada tacos? Wow was that a waste of money and time on something I ended up throwing away. When I got home, I found 4 tiny tacos, each with low quality semi ground flavorless meat on 2 small tortillas, with onions and hot sauce on the side. Even adding cheese, salt and guacamole salsa, it still was not worth eating.

Las Cruces isn't exactly hurting for good Mexican food. The bad Mexican here is better than anything in almost any other city. But JJ's Taco Truck manages to stand above the rest in my experience! Their barbacoa is the best I've ever had, anywhere, at any price.
Usually busy, order ahead. Expect to wait anywhere from 10 minutes to half an hour if you order in person. Worth it.

Can't speak highly enough of Tacos JJ, everything I've had here is exceptional. My regular order is a al pastor taco plate with an extra lime, and the food is consistently incredible, will be coming here until I die

Needed a late night fix in Las Cruces. Tacos JJ came through in the clutch when everything else was closed.
We had the barbacoa and Carne Asada. Both were delicious and well portioned. I recommend the Barbacoa.
The tortillas were what put it over the top for me. Buttery and delicious. Good amount of sauce and fresh toppings.
Will definitely be one of my go to late night spots. Oh, and no wait!
Parking lot was a little sketchy but ??♂️
