This is the best food truck in Las Cruces so far. We’ve ordered buche, al pastor, mar y tierra, carne asada tacos. We’ve also had their tortas and elote. Pretty good. No complaints so far. There is a wait time so be prepared for that.

There is enough parking and mostly everyone waits in there car for there order. Saturday is preety full can take up to 30-40 minutes for food. Friendly and patient as we were new we didn't know what to order. Has tables where you can sit outside , they have glass sodas and aguas frescas like horchata. Ordered a Burrito with chile relleno and shrimp first the burrito was big and it was so tasteful did not disappoint ! next time I need to try there Gobernadores tacos! Family...

I can't believe this truck only has 4.5 stars. I guess some people have had bad experiences, but we haven't yet.

Las Cruces isn't exactly hurting for good Mexican food. The bad Mexican here is better than anything in almost any other city. But JJ's Taco Truck manages to stand above the rest in my experience! Their barbacoa is the best I've ever had, anywhere, at any price.
