was really happy to see vegan options. black bean burger, salad bar, fruit.. amongst other things that are accidentally vegan. you get your money worth for sure ($12) lots of drink options as well
So the latest time I ate here was in the 1990s when I was a freshman at NMSU. The food was pretty bad and I had a ton of meals left on my plan at the end of the year from not eating here. I just had lunch here in 2020 while attending a recruiting fair and I’ve got to say I was really impressed. I got a salad and some fresh sides - food I would have loved to have gotten when I was a student.
I don't have a meal plan, but regardless of not having it I kinda wish I got it. They have a wide variety of food that changes daily, not expensive and you can get a discount on Fridays for wearing crimson clothing's!
