I like indian and Arabic food and wanted to give this place a try. Server is very kind an explained everything very clearly since they only serve some dishes and menu is limited by day, except for some special orders. Food was tasty and bread was delicious. To my opinion portions could improve and a child's option would be appreciated.

It was great! I didn’t know that you could get good authentic Indian food in Las cruces. The server was super nice. Will definitely go again.

No words. If I could give less than 1 star, I would do that.

I've had Indian food all over the world. This is probably the worst!
The place looks like two drunks built it from scrap corrugated iron.
Its a fixed menu. I ordered chicken curry and got a chicken leg sitting in a bowl of sloppy curry sauce and only a fork and spoon to eat it with!
My wife ordered butter chicken which she was assured wasn't spicy. It was.
Terrible place.

I was really hoping to like this place while in Las Cruces, unfortunately the butter chicken I ordered for take out did not meet the mark. It lacked flavor which was disappointing. I'm willing to dine in to give it another chance, but for now 1 star for this experience.

LOVE the butter chicken and masala chai. My husband and I go here regularly and the food has never disappointed. The staff have always been extremely friendly and accommodating. Quick service as well! Highly recommend!

not a fan, to me this poverty mentality way of having a business. India hut used to give much bigger portions and generous in their viarety, this place is small portion and you get items you do not like. Its like a school lunch type of thing. I do not like salad or sweed desert but they give that to evertyone if you order the limited menu.

Usually good, tonight I received a greasy mess. Not even sure what got, I ordered the butter chicken take away. It was even tikka or anything recognizable. Mostly oil and water with a chicken drum stick in it and some rice. I am let down. Another good dining experience ruined by a lazy local cook. Can the locals learn to take pride in their work or nah?
IT WAS SO GOOD BEFORE what ever change was made in the kitchen. Damn.

The food is incredible. The plates have a good amount of food, and the flavors are delicious. They are super friendly and very nice. They let us taste the goat as we had never had it and it was soooo tender and the flavor was very good. The mango lassi had a perfect mango flavor. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great food! Also, its nut free so its great for anyone with nut allergies, which we really appreciate!

The food was delicious, and with the plates that we got, we were able to try 2 different types of Indian food. We will definitely return!

Unless you special order, you get Thalia in either a vegetarian or non-vegetarian option. Thalia is smaller portions of multiple dishes on a tray. Each tray comes with rice, salad, naan and rice pudding plus 3 mains. The mains vary by day and option.

I went on a Sat. They have a vegetarian option and a non vegetarian. They serve those 2 options for that day. Then, the other days, they have different options. A little different than most restaurants. They serve food on a metal food tray. You get a salad, dessert, Indian bread, main entree, lentils, and another side. They have American and Indian drinks to offer. Nice place to go try their food. Be prepared for spice.
