Texas Steakhouse has the best bacon cheeseburgers in Las Cruces, NM! The staff are friendly & nice and I have no problem with ordering burgers from takeout cuz it's hard to mess up a burger. I've never tried their ribs or their steak but let's talk about my issues with their takeout service: (1.) They put priority over their rolls and allow the actual food to get cold before telling you that your order is ready. (If I wanted bread I'll go to a bakery! I'm here for the meat!) (2.) Steak fries are super thick & barely cooked. The seasoning is good but perhaps if they weren't so thick maybe they could cook all the way through. Unfortunately, the online menu forces you to include sides in the meal so I end up throwing all that potato in the trash. (3.) (This has to do with the indoor restaurant) The reason why I order takeout ONLY is because Texas Steakhouse restaurant in Las Cruces is a loud, claustrophobic building where parents just let their children scream and run around undisciplined and no one seems to tell them that we are in a PUBLIC PLACE and that they should be considerate of others. Wild animal behavior. I've eaten there once and it's got the same atmosphere as a Chuck'E'Cheese's. I would never go on a date there or recommend the place for a business meeting, unfortunately. *The bacon cheeseburgers are great though! Best bacon cheeseburgers in town!*

Google asked if it changed YEAH it has This place is always poppin and always busy but for real today it wasn't busy we got seated right away but service was slow and I didn't get the drink I wanted Not sure how hard it is to make a michelada but I wasn't happy about the drink I got.

Salmon wa seriously overcooked (dry, hard, crusty, burnt). Music super LOUD. We couldn't hear ourselves talk.

The steak I ordered was overcooked (I asked for Medium), and the taste was underwhelming. The vegetables were barely warm when they reached my table. My order looked and tasted like some of the food that struggling restaurants would serve Gordon Ramsay on that show "Kitchen Nightmares."

We had to wait for seating but ended up at extra long table by bar yet to we were the only couple sitting there. Servers kept switching and all the condiments were out of reach. We got the steak and shrimp with potato, but shrimp was too salty and tasted "off". We both suffered upset tummies afterwards. We don't go there often due to the noisy atmosphere but we had a gift card, otherwise there are better places to go for a steak.

This place has really went down hill. Staff is super rude food is always wrong and cold if they even have what you ordered. They really really need to do better.

the two young ladies who are the hosts at the front of the restaurant were extremely rude. went to have dinner last night and the hosts didn’t speak a word to us, just sat us at our table and walked away. i even thanked her and she just looked at me annoyed without a word. our server was truly great and attentive, the food however was not. my burger was overcooked and dry, the patty basically crumbled. overall a very unusual and uncomfortable dining experience, really down hill for texas roadhouse
