they never give regular butter despite asking multiple times. how hard is it to add regular butter to an order

Absolutely wonderful,food was great waitress was as friendly and on the ball . My wife has cancer and memorial cancer center gave us a 50 dollar gift card for the Roadhouse and thank you to the both of you. I highly recommend this restaurant and I'll be back again even when I have to drive from Cloudcroft NM

Went to the Texas Roadhouse in las cruces NM. Our waitress (Barbara) was the best waitress we have ever had when going to Texas Roadhouse which we go at least 2x a month if not 3 times a month. Every waitress and waiter needs to be trained by her and learn how to treat customers.

We love Texas Roadhouse. Great steaks, chicken, salads and the drinks are pretty good. Could take a little more care in how they do their presentation of the drinks. Sometimes they look a little rushed. The bread & cinnomon butter is my favorite! Last time we ate here they placed us in the last table right by the bathroom. We went thrilled about that. Those last two tables should be removed from there. They are too close to the bathrooms! I never knew just how many people used the restroom ther until I sat there. Kinda ugh! Oh well, next time they try to sit us there it will be a BIG no for us!

Worst roadhouse ive ever been to, and ive been to a lot around the country. Whoever cooks steaks doesnt know what rare is. I went twice in a row this week and both times the steak was at best medium. The first night they refunded me, I wasnt gonna call back for another refund as people need to be aware that that quality here is poor

I popped in for dinner 20 minutes before closing time, and I was surprisingly greeted warmly by the host staff and the bar team. Food was OK (I had the steak kabob, which if seared a bit more would have given the whole plate a jolt of flavor), but service was amazing.

We ( a white elderly couple) were in On Deck 1 spot to be seated and the Hispanic hostess deliberately skipped over us and told On Deck 2 couple, who were also Hispanic to come with her. Thankfully the Hispanic couple in On Deck 2 pointed out that we were first in line, and then she took us. I’m a 79 yo Vietnam combat veteran with 27 years service. I’ve served with Hispanics, Blacks and Native Americans,, who also served with distinction so there’s not a racist bone in my body. In addition, my wife’s steak was tough and her baked potato was undercooked and cold. Won’t be going back any time soon!
