They have really great pizza there and they also have entertainment on the weekends I have not gone to it but it sure does look fun and I've heard from others that it is fun to go there on the weekends for their entertainment thank you Valley pizza for your great pizza yum

Ordered an enchilada pizza.....no enchilada sauce , basically just a supreme pizza with green chilies, and they didn't give us our carrot cake, but sure charged for it. 1st and last time, $64 for a pizza, 5 wings and a non-existent slice of cake, nope.

Ordered via Uber. Enchilada pizza was fairly good except that it was not reminiscent in the slightest of an enchilada. There was absolutely no sauce to be seen. And beef.....bits? Weird. Also ordered five-piece wings which I requested be extra crispy and they were soggy and drowning and sauce when they were delivered. I ordered a cheesecake which I was charged for but did not arrive. Spent $64 and I'm still hungry and quite irritated.

Customer service was very poor today June 13 @ 1:44 pm cashier lady was very rude worst I ever seen she needs to go home if she’s gonna be acting like that with customers !!! Very unprofessional

I’ve had good service on two different visits and three extremely bad experiences on other visits. I kept coming back because the food is great, no disputing that! However after my last bad experience with the arrogant guy they had working the counter, convinced me to never returned and to stop recommending Valley Pizza!
I do want to say it’s never the females at the counter that give bad customer service, it’s always the young arrogant males with attitudes that lack customer service! Thier lack of caring about thier job, give your place a bad flavor! On my last visit homeboy left me at the counter processing my transaction (I was paying with a card). He went to the back part of kitchen to chum it up with someone in the kitchen! I waited for him to return but he never did! Once my receipt printed I had to pull it off the printer myself and walk away without an even a simple “thank you” or “we will have your food right out!” Someone from the kitchen eventually brought me my order (they were very respectful and polite) but your despicable counter guy couldn’t even bother to tell me to have a good night as I walked out. So all summed up Valley Pizza is no longer one of my favs! Not because of the food but because of the customer service! ✌️

Pizza was OKAY. Wasn’t very flavorful as I remember it. The women in the yellow shirt wasn’t very customer friendly either. Look at me like I was the biggest inconvenience in her life. Will still head there for special occasions as it’s one of my favorite pizza joints in town but I’ll no longer be tipping.
