We were visiting from out of town and decided to come to Weck’s after church on a Sunday afternoon. Our waiter was very nice but seemed like he may have been new (kept forgetting small things we had asked for like napkins, lemons for water, etc.). He was very apologetic and kind each time, and we didn’t feel the need to complain. The food was still great and fresh.
When we went to check out, one of the managers, John Salazar, apologized to us for the service, assured us that it is usually better, and offered us a free meal if we came back. We returned the next day, had an awesome meal (the meal the previous day was still delicious), and the manager recognized us and thanked us for coming in. Overall, such amazing customer service, warm welcoming environment, and delicious comfort food!

Elderly mother has specific/diabetic preferences and she gets exactly what she wants. They do have sugar free syrup. The specialty coffees are always superb. Manager always checking on patrons, staff is friendly. Our 2-person table was wonky so had to eat carefully to avoid spilling drinks everywhere. We had to wait a bit to get seated. It's always cold so take a sweater. We've tried different dishes and always tasty!

This Weck's is so much better than the one in ELP. I had the New Mexican Benedict--ALWAYS done well at this site. Husband had full belly breakfast. No complaints from us. They were busy, we waited about 10 mins to be seated which was not bad. The service was excellent. Server came by often to check on us as did the manger.
