A few times got served cold wedges. Another time, took my order only for the system to BE down and not get food.

Kudos to this team for my experience here. Fast and friendly service. Fast, fresh, delicious and hot food, even at a off peak (3pm) time, which was unexpected!

Employees always seek to be miserable and hate their life and job ! Horrible attitudes and customer service they need new employees. Especially for the drive through. If you don’t like your job get a new one !
Shout out to the Wendy’s on Walton! Someone forgot their drink in the drive thru. They got the vehicle to stop and walked their drink to them. It was so kind.

This is the last time I go to this awful location… paid for a full meal and a 6 piece on the side only for the nuggets to be raw. Called and was told to bring the meal with receipt…. Only the drive thru never gave me one. Pulse what’s the point in going and coming back just for the meal to get cold and the refund only for the nuggets!? Terrible service

Paid extra for baconator fries and despite waiting a good 20 minutes, didnt get Any fries much less the upcharged baconatoe fries that were on the receipt

The one who's attending the drive thru she's really rude, I asked for ranch and she threw it out I asked to speak to a manager and the manager didn't do anything about it she didn't say anything to the worker but she was really rude towards me
I know if Monica or Ruben would be there non of this would of happened how embarrassing
Burger was bad but have you ever poured out a CHOCOLATE FROSTY after 2 sips?? It was Un drinkable!! Nasty food!

Have never left a bad review of a place before, but this place causes more than concern. After waiting for a minimum of fifteen minutes standing at the counter waiting to order with no one in front of us, we noticed some heath code violations that caused us to walk out prior to ordering. We noticed two employees of the entire crew wearing gloves. Of the four touching food and food packaging with no gloves on, the most concerning was whom we believe is the manager with a cut on her finger covered by a band aid, mixing and pouring drinks into the dispensers. What was under that band aid? Who know? But if the manager doesn’t set health/safety standards for the younger employees, we are doomed. All I can say is “Yikes”. Would highly recommend not eating there.
