I don't think the rating fits the restaurant. Everyone here is nice and food is always on point. I've been going here for a few years and I think management has done a nice job training associates. You can hear there communication as far as letting others know as soon as cars pull into parking lot warning everyone that 2-3 cars pulled in. And it's not a one time deal I've heard it multiple times from multiple visits. Staff is always in a good mood and they seem to not have a high turnover rate as the same employees have been here for a few years.

If this is the Walton restaurant... these workers at window are very rude so is the Mgr. Its independent owned they don't care about customer satisfaction! I only go back if in area but each time it's the same. Maybe they wake up too early and grouchy. No service with a smile at this location.

Everything was freaking amazing, ALLLLL the food was fresh and hot and delicious, 10/10 would suck off the cook. Went into the restaurant and was greeted by friendly employees who looked cool. 10000/10 will come back

I never leave a review but at this point I am over this location on El Paseo. Almost every single time I go thru the drive thru and order I leave and my order always has something wrong. I now have to check my food constantly because it never fails that they get something wrong. Do better on checking the orders before giving them out the window. Because it is FAST food where people are usually on the go and leave before they notice your place got it wrong. And no one wants to have to drive back to get it right. Get it right the first time.

I've never gotten a chicken sandwich as nicely presented as the one I got this evening on 11-3-24 at around 5:20pm. Kudos to the sandwich maker you are awesome!
I love Wendy's and im constantly ordering from them, through doordash. Sometimes yes the order is messed up but nothing compared to this location, today on 10/10/2024 at 11:30pm I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the regular nuggets, somehow I ended up with spicy chicken nuggets that were not edible, and the chicken sandwich was not either! I couldnt even bite into the nuggets from how hard it was and the sandwich was just as hard. I called the Wendy's and the employees blamed the delivery driver for the wait but the location was 4 minutes away! I went to the actual location and there wasnt anybody in line either so what wait were they talking about? The employees that were working there were very rude, making gestures, making faces, and simply denying there was anything wrong with the order. After they gave me the order again I asked if it was fresh and he stayed quiet so I checked it and I could tell it wasn't fresh but at least it was edible. I've worked in Wendy's before and never would have we ever given chicken that old because were supposed to replace it after a certain amount of time and never would have I given that attitude either. If you don't know how to work a simple job like Wendy's you shouldnt be working there, I'm sorry if you're miserable in your job but thats not my fault so change your pathetic little attitude because your hand gestures impress no one. Absolutely horrible customer service would never recommend this location.

Worst location; even the employees are rude. They gave me extremely disgusting old food and tried to pass it off as normal. When I went into the drive-thru, I saw employees making gestures and faces as if I were in the wrong. I took the food back and showed them the quality of food I had been given. Wendy's was four minutes away from my hotel. I requested fresh food and was still not provided with fresh food. When I asked if the food was fresh, the employee stayed quiet. I was fine since the quality was alright and wanted to leave and not deal with this, but food was not fresh as requested. That just shows these employees (at this location) really don't care and will provide whatever they have so they don't have to work. Lazy!!

Oct. 4, 2024 Wanted to try a Wendy's breakfast. Went to the Northrise/Rinconada location. Ordered #8 sausage, egg, cheese muffin combo. The potatoes were barely warm so I got those replaced. The egg on the muffin was not cooked through, dripping yolk and messy. The potatoes I didn't like, the seasoning had too much pepper for me. Soooo, I'll still get lunches there, they are my favorite burger makers. I'll drive a long way for a burger combo! The breakfast....likely not.
