I love Wendy's and im constantly ordering from them, through doordash. Sometimes yes the order is messed up but nothing compared to this location, today on 10/10/2024 at 11:30pm I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the regular nuggets, somehow I ended up with spicy chicken nuggets that were not edible, and the chicken sandwich was not either! I couldnt even bite into the nuggets from how hard it was and the sandwich was just as hard. I called the Wendy's and the employees blamed the delivery driver for the wait but the location was 4 minutes away! I went to the actual location and there wasnt anybody in line either so what wait were they talking about? The employees that were working there were very rude, making gestures, making faces, and simply denying there was anything wrong with the order. After they gave me the order again I asked if it was fresh and he stayed quiet so I checked it and I could tell it wasn't fresh but at least it was edible. I've worked in Wendy's before and never would have we ever given chicken that old because were supposed to replace it after a certain amount of time and never would have I given that attitude either. If you don't know how to work a simple job like Wendy's you shouldnt be working there, I'm sorry if you're miserable in your job but thats not my fault so change your pathetic little attitude because your hand gestures impress no one. Absolutely horrible customer service would never recommend this location.

Worst location; even the employees are rude. They gave me extremely disgusting old food and tried to pass it off as normal. When I went into the drive-thru, I saw employees making gestures and faces as if I were in the wrong. I took the food back and showed them the quality of food I had been given. Wendy's was four minutes away from my hotel. I requested fresh food and was still not provided with fresh food. When I asked if the food was fresh, the employee stayed quiet. I was fine since the quality was alright and wanted to leave and not deal with this, but food was not fresh as requested. That just shows these employees (at this location) really don't care and will provide whatever they have so they don't have to work. Lazy!!

Oct. 4, 2024 Wanted to try a Wendy's breakfast. Went to the Northrise/Rinconada location. Ordered #8 sausage, egg, cheese muffin combo. The potatoes were barely warm so I got those replaced. The egg on the muffin was not cooked through, dripping yolk and messy. The potatoes I didn't like, the seasoning had too much pepper for me. Soooo, I'll still get lunches there, they are my favorite burger makers. I'll drive a long way for a burger combo! The breakfast....likely not.

Service was good, but food needs some work. Dry buns on the jr. burger, baked potato skin to hard for me to chew, Chili I had to chunk. They've changed the recipe with the tomato sauce to something similar to Chicken BBQ sauce. Had to chunk it in the trash, sorry! Frostie $1.00 was GREAT! Wish I had just stuck to the Frostie. Atmosphere could be better. Homeless people come in and snitch food from leftovers on table. One homeless guy kept staring at me like he was going to assault me to get my food. At that time, felt unsafe. Air conditioning was not working well, maybe 80% efficiency, but not enough to enjoy food. Wendy's management should get on this like, right away.
Parking: Hard to find entrance to lot, parking lot needs repaving

Food was alright or normal no issues it was quick with no hiccups. One of the fountain drinks machines where down. Oh how I hate these new touch screen machines but they do have a much bigger variety. As far as the atmosphere it was all smoked out in the building when we came in and it turned out to be everyone vaping inside. I'm not sure the law on it but Its not right to make non smokers have to deal with that
There was pubes on my sisters fries very nasy dont recommend this getto wendys

We placed an order on 7/5 around 5: 30 pm. At the time of order the manager was yelling at the person who took the order to be sure and check the # of baked potatoes they had. I ordered 3 and they only had 2. When we received the 1 bake potato it was without butter, or sour cream. It was dry. Upon checking the order we were missing the other potato. At this time the "manager" began swearing at the employee who made the mistake. I can't blame the person for an error on the order. With a manager like that moral must be so low that no quality of service could be assured. Because of the managers disrespect shown toward her staff it is by pure luck that anything is done correctly. She should be terminated on the spot. Who ever owns this franchise should check on it and see what actually is being done because they are losing major money. When we first drove up we thought it was closed because there were no customers in the lot. This location surely needs help.

This Wendy's is horrible. Spend an hour in line because they will only take the order then let one vehicle pull forward at a time. So you have to wait at the speaker until the order is taken and food given so you can literally spend an hour sitting in line before you even get to order. They are super slow also.
