Food: fries were very old and cold. Bacon jr had a dime size bacon Nuggets were fresh and good. Service: customer service was amazing the girl at the register was very nice and helpful. So thank you. Atmosphere: very clean one of the cleanest Wendy's I seen. I was little disappointed on the food but other then that over all the service and atmosphere were top tier

It is 10 p.m. on Sunday, August the 3rd, and I just have to give props to whoever's running the drive-through right now. They're delightfully positive, and not only are they keeping their whole crew entertained; they're making customers laugh a lot.
They're improving people's lives, whether unintentionally or not. You need to pay them more money. A lot more money. In fact, you should be paying them to teach you about this job.

Our drive through experience was amazing and the person who assisted me and my girlfriend had great manners and energy and made us feel excited to get our taki’s fuego meal and if I had money on me I would’ve tipped him. Not only that but the wait was quick and fast but my apple pay didn’t recognize him I guess he was just better looking too.
They have an effective door dash system in play at the Rincon ada and you can feel the cultural influence where they have Spanish speakers to assist if there are non English speakers customers.

Ngl every time I come to this location they forget to add the entire meal, always something missing. Last time the sauces for the nuggets this time the receipt and so on, it is always something, cold patty, missing napkins, etc. There was no line I was the only costumer during the nighttime, some mean girl taking my order. Sometime ago in February one of the employees kept my debit card too! What the hell is up with that? Smh

Hamburgers are just slapped together. All toppings in one spot. The cheese was just removed from a ready-made burger to make my hamburger. If hamburgers are all that is basically made and fries too why not make them good.

Disappointed, ordered burgers plain and of course they came with EVERTHING on them. SMH seriously no napkins?!??! Especially with everything on them, needed napkins to clean up the mess. Luckily we had a roll of paper towels in the trunk.
