I gotta say the double burger with green Chile and bacon is delicious if you can get your bacon and mayonnaise and mustard on your burger . By the time I got home , and opened my bag , I was really Disappointed on how I didn't get my bacon and mayonnaise and mustard. But great green Chile and double cheese burger , but I always go back no matter if they mess up my burger.

In September of 2024 I went to have dinner I order a no.1 I waited 45 minutes and never got my order they gave to someone on drive through I was upset by then so I asked for my refund and I never got my refund or even a complimentary voucher went to talked to management twice . They told me they would look into it so I will not go back again to the one on main

Parking: Lot can fill up quick at lunch and dinner hour. Usually a long line at drive thru at dinner hour.

We went through the drive through asked for two #1 meals with no mustard or tomatoâs , got both of those things and green chile, went back talked to the rude manager âayeshaâ I specified face to face no green chile mustard or tomatoâs ! Got home and there was both of those, donât come here they canât follow simple instructions

This Whataburger location may make the best food I've ever received from any Whataburger restaurant, but you can go ahead and forget the condiments you ordered. You will not get them. In-store, drive through, delivery order, it will not matter. The condiments you ordered will be on your receipt, but you will not get them. Ever. The food is great, but, this location lacks more than a lot when it comes to the fine details. I'd recommend visiting this location, as the food will be great. But they will not pay attention to any part of your order outside of the menu item itself. 5 star food, but repeated lack of attention to detail brings my rating of this restaurant down to a 3/5 star rating, at most. So much to offer. But when a place can't even give you the courtesy of providing you with the requested, receipt documented, *condiments* you wanted, it says a lot. Should be a 5 star location, but it's a 3/5, at best, for me due to the fact that this location never fails to let you down on the most simple parts of your order.

Forgot a sandwich after confirming multiple times the correct number of sandwiches. Also, Homeless everywhere.
I didnât want to write a bad review but they have been messing up lately. Customer service is not good anymore and missing items. I recommend for everyone to check the food before leaving specially if you donât live close by.

The food is horrible, the bread is days old, dry! Waste of money. The area is scary and sketchy. I feel bad for the nice employees. We were going to dine in and got scared, got back on our car and went through the drive thru.

DONT RELY ON THE WHATTABURGER GM HES A FLAKER I had called whattaburgers GM and asked him if they were hiring long story short, he asked me to come in for an interview. I came in and the workers asked me to sit down and wait, I waited for about an hour then shortly the manger comes in and asks me to come the next day at the same time. I come in and the interview goes great, the GM implies that I had gotten the job as he stated âgive me down your number and Iâll call you later today when you can come pick up your uniformâ I waited for 4 days and decided to take it apon myself and call when he has answered he said that he hadnât forgotten and he would call me soon after he finishes all of his interviews. It has been weeks since then. Now, inconveniently I have to continue my job search after I shunned all my other possible job opportunities away thinking I had gotten this job for sure.
