The girl working the window right now 3/7/25 @ 9:30am. Horrible Horrible listening skills. She needs to be retrained or taught English cause I know I wasn't having a stroke for her to be so confused about getting two #1 meals, one with everything add cheese and the other one plain only mayo no cheese. And this isn't the first encounter with the same girl with the same listening problems. Then when I get home guess what my burger is........ plain with only cheese after telling her multiple times and to where a 5yr old would understand me. I'm allergic to cheese so thanks for wasting my money. It's whatever I'll take myself to Burger King next time. Have it my way shoot

Stop by today for a quick bite to eat after a quick trip where unfortunately encountered an employee who was taking orders. I first ordered a taquito where she said no you may not. Not realizing it was after 11 because I'm tired from driving. My daughter ordered a meal and I asked for just a Whataburger jr with cheese. She handed us 3 cups for 2 people. Then I looked at my receipt and she added double meat and 4 cheeses on both burgers and charged me for 2 meals. Then my sister ordered her meal and just a burger with no cheese because she is lactose intolerant but she kept insisting to put cheese on it and once again added Double meat on both burgers and cheese on both. When it was brought up to the manager she kept denying it. We literally had the receipts to prove her wrong. The manager was quite nice and fixed the problem. She needs to listen more. I'm pretty sure if I yelled 5 o'clock crack give away she'd run straight for the door.
