Ordered hot honey rub and garlic parm and there’s actually enough seasoning for one wing. I had to scrape the bottom with one wing like a bum to get any sort of sauce. Genuinely pray whoever made this order gets written up, it’s criminal.

Always would buy from this location & ONLY location in las cruces and never again, especially after no help from the General Manager… called and tried explaining that they gave us uncooked chicken for a UFC gathering fight night & couldn’t help unless I drove all the way back from across town that same night… you would think the manager would be understanding but guess they don’t gaf

I’ve ordered three times in a row and asked for extra extra crispy wings. Instead I received soggy cold wings. I called the store and they said no manager was available. I called back again and the manager said I was practically lying and ended the call! This place has gone downhill…
Tonight we received the absolute worst service from a gentleman named Josh. The “manager”. After explaining to him that we found a 7 in hair in my chicken sandwich he was very rude and just asked me to bring the food back and they will replace it. After driving 20 mins to pick up the food and to drive another 20 mins to take the food back and wait for another sandwich is ridiculous! At this point why would I even want another sandwich my appetite is gone!! Josh told me that’s the “best “ he could do for us. I wasn’t expecting a refund I was expecting an apology and didn’t get that. The service at this location has always been the worst. The food is terrible and not to mention the wait is never accurate. Wingstop really needs to do better..

This place sucks because their online menu says pick up at 4:03, I show up at 4:10 and it’s still not ready! Wasn’t ready until 425. Waste of my time.

Received our order and was missing one of the orders call the manager to notify supervisor and he said to take all the food back,, what! After an hour of waiting for a resolution and he end up hanging up the phone and kept the money for wings that we didn’t received

Was just in there yesterday food was good no complaints on that but cashier was rude she seemed to busy trying to call over to a worker Juan instead of helping answer my question about the menu. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common problem

For future reference it’s better to waist 10-15 minutes going to get the order.
Rather than getting it delivered
Ordered some boneless and tenders with fries.
Fries didn’t come in the order.
Called DoorDash
They said it wasn’t there problem

Wasn’t much help, manager confirms he packed the order and the fries were there.
They weren’t much help either, they need a better way to pack and assure in some cases the driver don’t take food out of the bag.
We’re a family of 7, we love Wingstop! BUT they need to hire someone that only checks their orders for pick up. We have NEVER gotten home and gotten our order correct. I’m paying you to make sure it’s right. We spend at least $80 to $120 each trip as we have a family of 7. Tonight we made sure to triple ask of everything was good with the order and we explained why they assured us it was. We got home and were missing 17 wings and a side. When we called the manager made us take back the order and we sat there again for another 40 minutes waiting for it. You would save so much time and money if you had someone efficient checking your online orders. At the end of the day we wasted at least 2 hours, gas, money, and time away from our family. Thats the only reason we hesitate from ordering from there. If other big chains can make the orders correctly why can’t you?

Down right Horrible, when you're asked if you'd want your meal reheated. That's just plain outrageous,in my opinion. Incorrect wait times. Cold meals. Soggy fries. There's nothing as Texas Wingstop locations. At least the manager was willing to refund the meal.
I think this place is under new management now which is better as the ordering process is quicker. Yet the cheese fries are no longer the same. They used to be drowned in nacho cheese now they have only about an ounce of cheese on a regular cheese fries order. This has happened multiple times when ordering. Miss the old fries. They were drenched.

Waiting for my order in an empty store and it was over 10 minutes late I get that they were cleaning but probably would have been out faster if the manager on site wasn’t flirt, kissing and touching one of the prep girls on line terrible and unprofessional management. Potentially contaminating the food doing who knows what in the back

Went yesterday night with the little ones was much better then it was before the remodel the worker Serena took our order was helpful then the old workers in the past and then how they checked up on us his name was John or josh something close to that, he cleaned up after my little ones. Seems like they care a lot more about the customers rather than just business and ignorance. Some big improvement in the Las Cruces location. Well done Wing Stop
